It has been said that, with the hands and possibly leg structure of a quarian, as well as despite the benefit of a light weight, their ability to swim is mediocre at best. But in a swimming contest between Shepard and Tali, who would win?

Tali and Garrus got 30 second romance scenes, while Liara and the VS got 2+ minutes? Tali wasn't even available for half the ****ing time. And they're considered the better ME2 romances. Thane, Miranda, Jacob, and Samara all got shafted.

This is the last part of Shepard's journey, which means that it's the last of Tali and all of the other LIs and BioWare dropped the ****ing ball, especially with ME2 romances. God ****ing dammit.

Was reading some amazing fan-fiction (haven't seen if Terror's Chapter 11 is up yet, but that's next) and have been away for the last two days doing it.

Man that pisses me off. Hackett sends me on a mission which is secret. I do my damn job and save the galaxy and then they throw me in detention / jail and take me away from Tali. Damn the alliance.

This author does as well.  Just spoke about the fan-fiction, and thought that it might be worth sharing.  Was posted earlier in the forum (in the 1500s, maybe), but it is absolutely incredible.

The story essentially is a novel in its length, and begins at the beginning of Mass Effect 2.  The author essentially writes the story of ME 2 in its original form, but adds different dialogue and greater depth to the characters and interactions, and the building of the relationship between Tali and Shepard.  The sheer detail put into the scenes, the character depth involved, and the emotions that it invoked were done by few other books that I've read, and found that I actually wanted to read the story more than play the game to find out what happened next. 

The author has a sequel (far shorter in length that covers the events of the Shadow Broker), and is now working on a third installment that is covering Mass Effect 3 (with several noticeable changes, formost being the introduction lacking a certain "Star Child").  He is great at what he is doing, and they are definately worth a read!

Best thing is he's still going with it.  Saw several fan-fictions with apologies from the authors, saying that they got discouraged by the ending and didn't know how or even want to continue.  I'm sorry that they feel that way, but I'm glad that many can still find inspiration.

Maybe not that long, but it was at least 6 hours of reading for me (and that was almost in one sitting, admittedly).  Really good read.

Balancing sleep, study, and reading.  Heading off for tonight.
