Despite a well-trodden plot formula, Avatar was a fun ride. But comparing it to Mass Effect is apples and oranges. Both are tasty but they are different fruits : )

I personally don't mind a more human looking Tali, but everyone has a different vision of Tali.

Also not sold on Quarians with Na'vi-style facial structures. Na'vi are pretty, but it would remind me of taking DAII elves and sticking them in enviro-suits. I'm not keen on space elf quarians.

I like avatar, but thats because im not uptight about a summer movie entertaining me with explosions, hot aliens, 3d that made sense, and Michelle Rodriguez.

Still, I don't want the Quarians to look like Naavi. I would be disappointed, and keep expecting to be bombed by orbit, but then not.

I kind of want them to have something inhuman about them, if only because what little we see is so human, even if they don't have ears. But sill be pretty.

Jesus... so much hate towars the Na`vi, I like the fact that they justify genocide with the stupid enery crisis on earth. Tip for humans: Stop using money, develop tech without the phrase "is expensive" and stop reproducing like rabbits. Call me hippie if you want.

I remember the lul-ful discussions regarding this prior to ME2.  

Do I think quarian men have the same sort of effeminate bodily structure male elves tend to get via normal fantasy tropes?  Yes.  Do they need big eyes and pointed ears?  No!

As for the look topic, I just wish Tali to be different than the other races so long as they do not have pointy ears.

I suppose I'd get the DLC out of curiosity, but my interest in Tali is not about seeing her face. So it would be 'nice to have' but not really needed.

If it was done well, then fine.

For me, it doesn't really matter in what format it is revealed as long as it is revealed respectfully and adhering to the character.

Not really. If it was a good DLC and even if it cost as much as LotSB then a lot of fans would gladly do it. However, even if you weren't willing to pay, you could just look it up on the internet. There would be about 500 YouTube videos, so not exactly paying to see her face.

and pissing off the people that hate Tali(mancers) already, causing an inevitable (political) ****storm and everyone will demand a DLC for each character/LI

I think that if they're going to show her face, show it in the game...if not...that's it...don't show it....

I personally don't want them to show it because they're never going to please people (and I don't want what will most likely happen: Night Elves in Space)
