I didn't like the ones that were all tech or all biotic.
They were like tissue paper. They were constantly dying.
That's why I liked the ones that had at least half combat (in ME1 anyways, in the others it wasn't a big deal).

Interesting, since I played as engineer, in ME1 I tended to use Ash and Liara, which meant I was full tech, and I had full soldier and full biotic too. Worked a charm (plus, Liara's singularity is really useful in some scenarios). On my second playthrough I was a soldier, so I used Tali and Liara so again I had three specialists. On my more recent playthroughs, I tend to vary it a bit more, though I tend to favour Tali. For the Let's Plays I'm doing I try to give everyone equal opportunity to be in the squad, I don't want to favour anyone because not all my viewers will have the same favourite character.

Re: the tissue paper issue, just give 'em decent armour and a medical exoskeleton (so they regenerate health without expending medigel).

A Let's Play is a video walkthrough of a game with commentary. Unlike a straight walkthrough, which is usually meant as a guide on how to finish the game, a Let's Play is about the commentator sharing the experience of playing the game with the audience. There are many different styles depending on who's making the LP. Personally, I tend to go for an informative style; I want to tell the story, draw attention to details, and make sure the viewers get the full experience. I do use humour, but I'm not the kind of LPer who has to cram as many jokes as possible into a video.

I started making Let's Plays in mid-2009, and have completed Let's Plays of 29 games (some of them are shorter than others). I mainly do Let's Plays of old adventure games, like Sierra games and The Longest Journey. I'm primarily known for my LPs of the Myst games, a franchise that I know more about than any person reasonably should. I've only recently completed Mass Effect 1, which is currently my only non-adventure game.

I was looking for a full size one, but I see what you mean now. I like that Grunt is running over the Illusive Man with a Mako.

EDIT: On closer inspection, it appears to be one of those krogan trucks, not a Mako.

Nope. I've never played any other BioWare games. I don't normally play shooters or RPGs, and it's mainly ME's epic sci-fi setting that compelled me to play it.

Even if you dont lets play it, i highly recommend playing Knights of the Old Republic. Really good game.
