In ME3 I would like to see pretty and tough gals like Tali kicking loser jerks in the crotch.
I don't think that turian has much reach or flexibility. Thats what happens when you refer to a quarian as ' bucket head'.Hellbound555 wrote...

Now that's got me thinking...what musical instruments would the Normandy crew play? I don't really see them as particularly musical but if it happened....
Tali only has 3 fingers, so are there any non-human music instruments? Not something really explored in the ME universe as far as I know.

Quite a few people in theTali fan base are actually against the idea. I don't care myself, though.

When was it declared that marriages were not gonna happen in ME3?

This is what I was actually going to say to you, think about it like this, do you know how similar the rat genome is to a humans? It is very close, that is why so many studies are done on rats, before their done on humans, because they share many analogous genes. Now that is the case, because as a mammal, rats and humans come from the same common ancestor.ZenJestr wrote...
lol I complained when Star Trek/Wars did it...
I can't say for certain but I think I read somewhere that the reason why everybody looks human in Star Trek is because they essentially share a common ancestor or something (I'm sorry if I butchered the actual explanation)
Now I don't know anything about Star Trek, but a theory about how life first started on this rock, is that the building blocks of lifes, came in on asteroids. Asteroids come from rocks that basically never form a planet, get broken up and start looking to ruin someone's day lol. All the pieces don't have to go in one direction or to the same place, so its not impossible for the same building blocks to be scattered across the galaxy. And before you comment, how unlikely it is, which it is, it was also very unlikely that the conditions would be perfect for life to exist on this planet, yet here we are.
Lastly, being genetically different from humans, doesn't mean that the phenotype(what you look like) will be way different. Like I said, humans share many things in common genetically with animals, that obviously don't look human, because evolution took them down a different path. A condition similar to Earth, would make another human like species, not impossible. Look at the saiyans lol.

Impossible? No. Astronomically unlikely? Yes.
Think about it, there is NO DNA shared between humans, asari, or quarians. None, zilch, nadda. On earth even the lowliest of beetles share some dna with you down the line, no matter how small because we all came from the same material, and have similar conditions.
Quarians and Asari are not only completely "alien" in regards to dna and whatnot, but the conditions of the planets they came from is much different from earth, hell rannoch doesn't even have a similar star, and rannoch has no insect life!
No insect life would create a HUGE difference in how the planet develops, and how life on earth works. Coupled with how bacteria and microbes work on rannoch, its mind boggling they would be even a little similar.
As such, I wish for the quarians to have a nice middleground, Alien enough so we don't have another human species... (humans, batarians, asari all look alike when fully suited up) yet human enough so that we can relate to them. Drell represent this perfectly.
Think about it, Drell are all but human. A face that features two eyes, a nose, lips, etc, a human body... feet, toes, hands. The only real difference between humans and drell are a fused finger, and the facial features. Yet they are alien enough to satisfy most who see them.

I really don't understand why the levo/dextro even matters. Doesn't stomach acid break everything down into its base chemical and molecules anyway?
Well since they are aliens they can basicaly look however the writers and artists want them to look. But it would be nice if they look more alien than human, if only to add some diversity in the alien looks. And I think it's possible to make Tali look pretty in a alien way. I mean they did manage to make Garrus handsome, but that is of course mostly just personal taste.Lezlie.Shep wrote...
Well, Quarians have to look more alien then human of course. Their anatomy is so different then the Humans and Asari. The Turians and Salarians are a good example of just how different species can appear, I hope BW follows those guild lines for the Quarians along with their homeworlds effect on their biology.
