Cool...yeah I'm just got into the whole XBox live when Mass Effect 3 released mp so new to a lot of that lol. I know some people don't enjoy the MP, but I do, I just wish people didn't try to solo it lol. It's always the low levels too and when they get killed its quite funny hahah. I love rushing to save team mates when they are dying. Adds a sense of real excitement to try and reach them in time lol.

@Revan, I'm thinking that perhaps it should be directed at the planet. The Walled Garden reference works quite well. Walls can offer protection and Gardens can offer foodstuff (I'm thinking fruits of our Garden rather then foodstuff, unless I can find a better word for foodstuff). Would make sense to also reference the ancestors, who lived and died within her (The gardens) walls.

Asari is meh as a vanguard. Adept tends to be the better pick or so the MP community says. Haven't played that one too much.

As for Krogan I go 6/0/6/6/6, ignoring Carnage completely. You'll never need use it. Ever.

Biotic Charge: Radius, Melee Synergy, Barrier.
Barrier: Barrier Strength, Power Synergy, Barrier Strength.
Krogan Battlemaster: Damage & Capacity, Power Damage, (last one's a personal option. I picked Weapon Damage over lighter Shotguns).
Fitness: Durability, Martial Artist, Fitness Expert.

Weapon = lightest shotgun or pistol possible to get 200% cooldown. Use melee and armor piercing mods on a shotgun. Same for pistol. Proceed to charge everything and melee. If you find yourself not being able to charge something, shoot it real quick, then charge. Usually allows you to do it. Quick headbutts work too for things like Geth Hunters, Pyros, husks and pretty much anything else in melee range. Be wary of insta-kill enemies like phantoms, atlas, brutes, banshees. Otherwise, if done right, you WILL NOT die. Hope this helps.

aaaaand since this is a Tali topic, if Tali could be a vanguard, what would you do?

Sweet! Thanks for the advice. Tali would kick butt as a Vanguard I think. Get in close, Shotgun all day

Hey guys, I'm back from playing Company of Heroes. God, I wish you could use Churchill AVREs in the mission where you enter Caen...

Anyway, I've drawn up something for Kal'Reegar to go with the other stuff for the RTS after someone pointed out that I had, in fact, forgotten about him completely:

Kal'Reegar's Veterans: some of the most tenacious and efficient Marines in the entire Migrant Fleet going into battle under the leadership of none other than Kal'Reegar himself. Five man unit (four Marines plus Reegar). Marines come equipped with upgraded Avengers, Reegar has an upgraded Vindicator. Fast, tough, deadly and expensive. Unlike most other Quarian infantry, the squad relies upon weapons rather than abilities to carry the day. They can throw frag grenades to take out groups of targets and sticky grenades to deal with tough, single units. The entire squad can use the Marksman ability to dramatically improve their weapon damage for a short while.

Kal'Reegar himself has similar stats to Tali in regards to toughness and accuracy, and gets a damage bonus against Geth units. The Marines in the unit are essentially regular Marines with beefed-up stats. The squad can take a wide range of weapon upgrades: one member may be upgraded to carry a missile launcher, flamethrower or Arc Projector. Kal'reegar may take a missile launcher with increased damage. The whole squad may be given either shotguns( Katanas), sniper rifles (Mantises or Vipers), or upgraded assault rifles. Note: Kal'Reegar's squad is a Hero Unit, so an Admiral cannot be fielded if he is in play.


I'd like to ask your opininos on something, though: do you reckon the Migrant Fleet carries heavy vehicles withthem? I've got an idea for a light scouting vehicle called the Pilgrim, but I'm not sure if they'd deploy any proper tanks, APCs and such like.

On a serious note, we could use non-heretic Geth as a replacement maybe? Just a suggestion.

I was planning on a seperate Geth faction, but that could work quite well. Only available if you have Tali deployed, perhaps? It would be a bit odd for Geth to be running around with all of the Admirals (especially Xen).

Completely and utterly theroetical. I wouldn't be able to make something like that in a million years.

I just enjoy coming up with stuff, that's all. And since I can't write prose to save my life (I do try though) I type up things like this.
