Anyway if you are looking for ideas to draw you can use this just saying:innocent:
When the relays imploded (key word smaller explosion not super nova) the result was Pluto was destroyed (also forgot to add red ending was picked) one human screamed "Noooooo! Pluto!" then was knocked out after a laugh or two the species of the galaxy then found Shepard under some metal on the Citidel. One Quarian at the meeting to decide the next long range FTL suggested what the humans call Slip Space. When plans to build this began a transponder was found pointing to the crashed Normandy location. Shepard then lead a team to find the crew and low and behold he found them. Reunited with his love Tali and his good friend Garrus, Shepard ordered to the allied species to put all effort into this new FTL. After two months of building one slip space drive they outfitted it on the largest ship in the fleet and used Slip Space for the first time. Shepard now lives his life on Rannoch with Tali and their children hearing occasional stories from "Uncle Garrus" from the apartment above their garage still trying to finish his Calibrations.

I don't find blood sucking attractive in any context other than the one I have described, but that situation is not hot due to the blood sucking in and of itself, but because it is tali doing it. If it was liara, it would be disgusting.

1. Over powering of antimatter around it destroyed local matter. 2.Catalyst is a circular logic V.I. that runs an antimatter machine. 3. Pluto was in range of the explosion 4. This is not even part of the plot.

I believe there are treatments for these kind of behaviors that are effective.  If I were you, I would consult a mental health doctor or clinic to get some form of treatment.  Please, for Tali's sake, I encourage you to get help.

Still not a fetish. I don't find vampires erotic. I don't find blood drinking erotic. Except in the context of tali being that vampire. Also, "vampire" is not a fetish. Tall people and people with huntington's disease can't be fetishes either. Blood drinking does qualify, but again, is not one I have. My thing is too conditional to qualify as one.

I think I should be outraged at one of the sheps in this pic, but am unsure...
