Quarians and humans already look so much alike I doubt it would look too different.  Maybe different eyes, or numbers of fingers/toes? Quarian look, but human immune system?  Or maybe just look quarian or human with a different shade of skin color.

I think the hybrid kids thing is a bit of a streatch, assuming it was star trek where everyone and their dog is making hybrids I could imagine it, but I can't imagine the child would have a happy life potentialy stigmatised by both species.

Since tali always dominates, i think quarian lol!

If some bizarre space magic made this possible (which it won't, even synthesis is less of a stretch tbh) it'd either be quarian due to the mother, or human due to the strength of a hero.

But as to why we ever discuss such silly things... <_<

I think Quarians legs would be pretty handy, they seem to be a lot more bouncy then our legs.

Well, I'd imagine so. Quarian legs appear to be more springy, so quarians could very well be quicker
