Tali does not approve of your sharing. Nor does she have a taste for blood that is or is not based on her dextro-DNA. It is bad. All bad.
It looks like cerberus did some pretty brutal experiments on you as well. Fortunately, there are some alliance bases that you can go to that'll give you treatment for what ails you, even if you think what you have doesn't hurt you. Believe me, it does. A lot.
