this is my dilemma....on my paragon playthrough i kept liara as my LI and througout ME2 (even through The Arrival DLC) however then i wanted to romance Tali. After my conversations with her i told her i wanted to be with her and she said she would find a way to romance me without dying. but after that i can't get romance scene, thus i cant get the paramore trophy! this doesnt make any sense since i can invite her up to my room for a little cuddling. is this a bug? (note: the entire Tali romance pursuit was AFTER i defeated the collectors and completed The Arrival dlc)

There's your dilemma right there. You have to pursue the romance path BEFORE you defeat the collectors.

If you want to get that achievement, then you're going to have to start another playthrough.  Don't see the problem with that though.  I've only had the game for a couple months and I'm already on my third.

Yeah, same here.... there's always the hope that BW will throw us some new info/images at some point, but I'm bracing myself for what's looking to be the inevitable reality that we won't see a single shred of Tali in ME3 till March....

Yes, it would be nice to have some info on Tali, but I can understand why. Considering Ash Sroka's voice recording session was only a couple of weeks ago, it is evidence that Tali's scenes are unfinished and still in development. Bioware are likely to wait until Tali's scenes are a little more complete before releasing info on her. Not to mention, there isn't much info on any other character either. Garrus and Liara probably just happened to be the first characters worked on during the ME3 development cycle, and so will tend to appear in most of the screenshots/video released to far, as they are the most complete. Think of it like this...the dev's are probably spending a lot of time getting Tali's new outfits absolutely perfect. It would make sense considering the level of interest in her.

Also, there is a lot more info on Tali than there is on many other ME2 squaddies. She even appears in some of the demos that were on at E3. (Although it was just her ME2 placeholder, we haven't seen her ME3 look yet.)

well its not really unexpected to me
look at the greatness other famous chacters that have never showed their faces

Darth Vader, is a mythic bad ass bad guy (orignal triogy)
Master Chief, another charter that has attaned mythic status
Altiar, we see his mouth but not really his entire face
Cobra commader
those are all i can think of.

giving those, its not reall that surpriseing
