Tali would just grab ashelys new hair style and put her in some sort of painfull hold lol

Tali. The 2-1 advantage of a drone is too hard to overcome. One stun shock from Chikkita (to the optics), and Tali could get a full shotgun blast in. Well-aimed, that would at least incapacitate Ash, if not kill her outright. In any way, Tali could finish her off quickly.

I can never bring myself to romance her playing an angry, shouty renegade Shep personally. Just doesn't feel right somehow.

Actualy I just realised that Tali wins by default becuase Ash cannot compete while being dead

I personally romance her as a Paragon Shepard; always have.  It would be strange to me to see her fall for someone constantly being mean toward her or others in general; unless they just had it coming. 

Now that you bring that up I wonder if they'll take that step in a future ME game where certain romances only become open to you depending on your characters personality.  Certain characters may not be attracted to paragon or renegade, etc.

Thats why I never play as an angry, shouty Shepard. I actually don't understand why people play as different acting, looking, or different gender Shepards. I understand why one changes the class, but this...
Its like changing your character like your hair color. I always play "the right way" form my POV. Acting like Id probably act, what sounds right. I won't shout at someone whos innocent and won't let some criminal go without making sure he won't do his crime again. I'am always 3/4 Paragon and 1/4 Renegade. And thats the way Tali likes her Shep, I'd say.

Anyway, who likes to walk around or even dares to romance Tali with glowing red eyes and huge red scars all over the face looking like a terminator

Just finished reading chapter 15, amazing to say the least.

Loved how you brought up the Dark Energy plot back to life. Despite the rather dark and dramatic feel to it, the story was so believable It felt like I was reading some leaked script from BioWare  [smilie]http://social.bioware.com/images/forum/emoticons/grin.png[/smilie]

Oh poor Tali, I think some manly tears were shed over my keyboard  but what really kept me going were those 3 last words in chapter 10 <3

Keep it up, looking foward to it!

Maybe Tali likes bad boys? The main problem with locking out romances due to morality alignment would be that if a crewmember was that repulsed by shepard due to his actions I doubt they would want to serve with him anyway...

True but you don't have to really like a person to work for or with them, people do this everyday on jobs. lol  Aside from that the galaxy is at stake; they may tolerate it just long enough to save it for the good of everyone if Shepard proves he can get results.  The same way Shep hates Cerberus but worked with them long enough to get the job done.

Generally if I play the way I'd like to deal with it myself my character veers toward the paragon side of things...but I like playing as a total renegade sometimes just to see how things would change. Fun to act like a complete barsteward in a game when i never would in real life.

However my renegade Shep wouldn't romance Tali...like I said, just wouldn't sit right. I had my paragon engineer romance her, figured they could talk about engine tech and stuff while Tali got over her sniffles.

I agree it is simplistic to say somone will either love you or hate you, but the only way you can really make a crewmember dislike you aside from them giving you a tutting coment in a mission is in me2 where they can become disloyal if you mess up their loyalty mission.


I would assume it kind of locks you out as a renagade anyway since (I have never tried this) talking to a LI and doing nothing but renagade or bottom choices would not make a romance happen?
