Kaidan hugs aren't anywhere near as good as Tali hugs, but I'd much rather have them than no hugs.

Not suffocation, but something else involving lots of neurotransmitters and loss of muscle control. That sensitive skin.

Would much rather just take it slowly.
Less of that kind of thing, more just... holding. Perhaps some kisses. Taking in each other with all the senses.
Besides, after a long, hard bout of galaxy saving, house building - losing each other, losing each other again, coming incredibly close to losing each other for good, twice, (three times if you count the Collector attack that is mentioned first) and finally getting set up and settled down, I'd be too tired for a pounce, either to give or get one.
