Good idea hopefully you get a response. I was aware of what Dilandau mentioned but figured that probably can't apply to a quarian. It just seems that she'd required her own personal sterile evironment.
It was more an answer to the question of why there aren't enough beds for the entire crew rather than where Tali specifically slept. I guess she could sleep anywhere, but she'd need a sterile room for repairs etc. I doubt she has personal quarters though, as it appears the only such rooms are Shepard's and Miranda's/Liara's. Maybe she uses the airlock?
Joker: "EDI, run a diagnostic test on the airlock system, if those reapers try to board us, we better make sure we can vent them out."
EDI: "There seems to be a problem. Apparently, someone is in the airlock."
Joker: "What? No, that can't be right, must be a problem with the sensors. Continue, EDI."
*As Tali is fixing her suit, the airlock suddenly decompresses and Tali is blown out*
EDI: "Testing...Airlock test complete. There are no other errors or problems at this time."
Tali: (Through Normandy's comm system) "You Bos'chets! Why did you open the airlock when I was still in it!?"
Joker: "Oh, whoops, I guess our sensors weren't wrong after all. Hang on Tali, we're bringing you in."
Tali: "Shepard will hear about this. Mark my words, Joker."
