My best guess at the reason for why Quarian eyes appear to glow is that their pupils contain fluorescent molecules, which are made to emit visible light when they absorb UV light emitted from within their suit's visors.

A fluorescent material will appear to glow whenever it is stuck by UV light (which is invisible to humans). If Quarians had naturally fluorescent eyes that are constantly being stuck by UV radiation, it would explain why they seem to glow in both dark and bright lighting conditions (which wouldn't happen if Quarians just had reflective layers in their eyes like cats and dogs).

This fluorescent effect could also be stopped if a Quarian decided to switch off the UV lights in his/her visor. This could be the reason for why we sometimes can't see Tali's eyes during combat sections; she switches off her UV lights since fluorescent, glowing eyes would make her a more obvious target.

I want to know if is just the lack of information or the Talimania is really getting weak .
I really hope she is a full member squad , just like she was in the 1 , not like ME2 , squaddie for the 60%-65% of the story plot.

I would like to remind everyone that there is no need to "race" with any other thread. Bioware has already grasped the popularity of Tali. This popularity has not waned just because some other character has more pages on their thread. There are other fora in which Tali is discussed other characters are more up in the air than Tali meaning more discussion by that character's fans. Freaking out about who has more popularity and trying to pad thread page counts is exactly the kind of stuff that makes a fan base look ridiculous. Not to mention irritating the mods and resulting in threats and lockdowns. Tali continues to generate huge numbers of threads in addition to her main thread, so no worries regarding interest in her. Calm down and post because you love the character and want to talk about her or show something interesting.

Quarians are very tech saviy, it would be resonable that the had some sort of Tech implants to:
1) connect with their Suit and help with the Suit functions and
2) help with electroins and hacking work,
and dude look at Garrus, he alwasy has that visor, it's intrgreated into the back of his scull
finally its just so awsome looking

You will most likey have to go collecting your squad mates again, cause everyone is suppost to be spred across the gallicy ralling you allies

Thane, Drell and Hanar

At the start of ME3 you will most likey have the Virmire suriver and Marianda/Jacob/Jack/Kissumi
If it dose happen like that, my Talishep is is going after Tali first, of course
and my others are going Tali or Laira first

Maybe i do the wrong impression , i wasn't my intection to discredit the other thread or the other characters , i like almost all of them (Jacob)i'm not complain the other threads pages and i do apologize to the mod if i ****** them off.

However is ok, from now on i will post just for support the character.

Every time I've posted a poll on another forum asking who the most favored squaddie is, Tali has won out over everyone else. I can't give specifics, obviously, but yeah, her popularity isn't exactly in any danger of getting swallowed up.

Casey Hudson has already confirmed (to PC Gamer Magazine and here on Twitter) she'll be a permanent squadmember (though apparantly, Christina Norman thinks that term is not entirely appropriate).

I don't mind her getting a new suit but I really think she looks just fine in ME2. I like her Loyalty suit but some don't like how bright it is.

If they don't change it at all I'm fine.

Many of us has requested a set of armour for battle and one set of leisure wear for off duty, mainly to avoid fighting in stupid stripperific costumes (Tali is above that, wich is another reason for me to like her). So perhaps she can wear something like her old costumes on board while wearing something more armoured in battle? Personaly I like women in armour...

If they did it in a manner that made sense with quarian physiology, that'd be awesome. Something like her ME1 outfit on board and then a stylized armor overlay in combat.

Take into account that getting a new suit is a big deal for a quarian, and is probably something they don't very often.

I think when people say "new suit", they really mean new cloth and/or armor padding....the suit itself is fine...it's the decorative cloth that can be easily changed
