As a krogan it's not hard. Charge in, heavy melee, normal melee, heavy melee, shoot the enemy you wanna charge, repeat. If it's a geth hunter, you'll have to shoot before melee'ing since their cloak's so wonky with targetting.

Unfortunately, competence is what I lack.  Usually, when I go into a gold match, it's like the three stooges and me playing multiplayer.

Did a silver match against reapers a few days back where I was a sentinel and there was also a vanguard and an adept. It seemed like every other attack we did was a biotic explosion.

And we still managed to all get killed by ravagers in wave 10: mission failed.

Ravagers and marauders are what you have to watch out for. Banshees are just annoying and make you gtfo cover. Same for brutes. Always focus the Ravagers. A fun and hilarious thing to do is get right next to a ravager and stick to him(after shooting the sacs so no acid spills out). He can't do anything except sit there as you pump him full of bullets/melee/what have you.

Yeah, Ichi, me and Gameguy played as three Krogan last night and we completely murdered everything in site.

As a contrast to biotic explosions, it's also fun to play in a group where everyone has overload maxed out and specialized on area overload. That's just *zap*zap*zap*zap*, hmm, everyone's dead, Dave! That's why I love my turian sentinel. Area overload for shields and crowd control, and warp for barriers and armour. I think there's no class better suited against heavy enemies (not even the incinerate/overload combo of a human engineer is as strong). Also, tech armour rules when you get swarmed by husks.

Thanks. Im pretty decent with a class Im familar with like my Asari Adept. It's just trying to get use to new classes that gives me a slight learning curve. Loving the cloak and snipe tactic right now though

Quarian infiltrator really depends on the map and the rest of the squad for me. If it's Firebase White, Dagger or Hydra, and there's not a bunch of vanguards who charge everyone before they wander into my sights, I do alright. Otherwise my main purpose is using cloak to revive people and finish objectives.

Just wish I could get a Widow, though. All I've managed to unlock lately is a few levels of Carnifex which I don't even use.

Hunter mode gives me a headache; I stopped playing geth infiltrator because of that, it's seriously bad.

yeah I know, I wish I had a Widow. I have also got a few Carnifex upgrades I don't use either. Still using the Mantis Sniper Rifle
