I hate my laptop, tea got in the keys and now I can't type as well as I'd like. It's a pain in the arse. As for Alcohol Exile, if you're ever in the York/PA region, you're more than welcome to join me and some friends for a clubbin nights. You won't catch me dancin, but I'll drink ya under the table.

It's a deal. As for Gamer, I figured it was a reference to voldy, but wasn't sure if there was something I missed as well, which I still think there may be. Either way, Topic is done, and now we're onto another one.

Do you think Tali would like reptiles, like snakes or bearded dragons.

Wait, you own snakes? What kind? I've got six Ball pythons, a black pastel and a Spider as well as a Beardy. He's bigger than my other one but he's named Tiny. I'msoclever:whistle:

I love snakes lol. I own 2 ball Pythons, a corn snake aka Rat Snake. Thats it for me One named Diamond and the other one named, guess.....Tali haha

anywho, Tali Q, or rather a question regarding all races, do you think all the races in the council know each others languages, like it's taught as a class, or do we use communicators?

I ask this because I haven't seen, or heard either canonly, and they even use parts of their own language, like "Keelah Se'lai" is 'Quarian' and she even translates it, but if we had communicators, wouldn't it already be translated automagically?

Edit: To make my question Tali related, I think if they did use communicators to translate everything, it would be amazing for Shepard to learn the Quarian language. Also, at Exelsis, I'd be fine with snuggling that soft furnace. Imjustsayin

I believe it's not translated because either translators are not totally up to date when it comes to modern Kelish or it's ancient Kelish and so it's not included in the translators to begin with, the same reason Rannoch (which is a word in ancient Kelish) isn't translated to "Walled Garden" directly every time you hear it...

Translator are standard issue, but to translate everything they need to be updated constantly as a language evolves (and quarians are sufficiently isolated from galactic society at large that this is not necessarily the case for modern Kelish) and older dialects may simply not be included.

After all, I guess if a human started to talk in Latin, that wouldn't be translated, so aliens would hear the word as is in Latin...

Ball Pythons are about as tame as they come, with corn snakes in close second, imo.

Cats are okay, my brother has one and she's awesome, but my golden retreiver is such an adorable dog.

@Terror, I asked three things, one was answered pretty much with canon, but the other two were

1. Would Tali like Reptiles, such as snakes or bearded dragons.

2. Would she prefer cats, or dogs.

If I was absolutely guaranteed that a snake wouldn't bite or constrict, then I'd be ok with holding one. Good luck getting me to hold any kind of arachnid though. It'd take so much money it wouldn't even be worth it.
