Because that would be too logical to not shove it up one's bum.
It makes more sense to turn into an object whose sole purpose is to entice pervy men.

I think donnely helped make the changes to that suit :/

It's also important to note that any weakness in armor or lack thereof altogether is a stupid mistake. One that any decently intelligent person would not make.

I challenge you to come up with armor that protects the face well, that your neck still has the strength to carry, and does not limit your vision. Hint: you can't accomplish this feat with current technology.

^Carbon Nanotubes.

I think the suspension of disbelief has to factor in when it's visual fiction. Truth is the most effective armours wouldn't look especially cool or unique. Plus we've been indoctrinated to accept a certain amount of sexing up. But the point is like unschuld says, there is a limit and when it goes past that suspension of disbelief fails and everything starts to look stupid.

Which is pretty much what happened with the ME3 ending and why it tarnishes the whole series.

That statement is redundant.

There's a difference between oggling and appreciating. The former is hardwired into the more primitively developed areas of the brain where instincts reside. The difference is using that outer quarter inch of brain matter to control it. I can tell (and show) my girl how much I like her figure without staring at her chest all day with my mouth hanging open. Stating that we're all perverted because it's part of our brain structure is a ****ty excuse for acting that way.

Like it. Combine that with the Tali suit mod and your onto a real winner.

Exelsis don't be a donkey.
Bums don't provide vision. They can be covered up easily without creating a disadvantage.
A silly wit attempt is silly.

The Revision "Batlskin" helmet does this.

And failing to accept that humans are instintually drawn to sexual themes is also stupid. Using that cortex of yours to control your more primitive instincts is all we can really do about that.

To act that way because of the brain is a ****ty excuse. Is it primitive, yes, is it instinctual, again yes. However, like you said unschuld, you can control when and where you stare, and for how long, and for what purpose.

I glnce at the boobs, I don't stare, and I don't oggle, or have my mouth hanging open because of them. Boobs are boobs are boobs. You can see em whenever, and whereever just maybe not with whomever. However, to say you don't glance is just silly. EVERY guy EVERY where will glance, at least once, whether it be instinct, or just because. How you deal with your actions afterward, however, is entirely up to you.

Try to come up with ass armor that enables you to walk, sprint, crouch, sit, and generally perform normal activities. And still protects you from bullets. Good armor past ceramic torso plates and kevlar helmets is impossible for current technology to create.

This page has a disturbing lack of tali.

Im confused about your posts, you want armor that enables you to do the highlighted but you are defending a picture which clearly doesn't protect you from bullets...

Gamer insists that armor can protect you easily, but in fact, current technology can't protect you from much of anything. Without kenetic shields, armor would be worthless, because hard body armor is exceedingly encumbersome. I'm basically saying that it doesn't look armored because it can't be armored. Metal plates over asscheeks? You can't walk.

Amendment II makes ballistic fabric, using carbon nanotubes.

Amendment II makes ballistic fabric, using carbon nanotubes.

That is still only bullet resistant, and provides no protection whatsoever against kenetic impact. A bullet from an AK-47 might not penetrate the armor, but if it hits you in the chest, it will break multiple ribs, knock the wind out of you for several minutes, probably knock you off your feet, and leave a bruise across half your torso. IF it hits the armor. You still can't protect most of the body with it. The face is still perfectly vulnerable.

Imperial, I used a mod to smooth the faces out though to make her look younger.

Okay, I have done some more brainstorming work on my fanfic, but I am starting to once again come to the conclusion that I suck at coming up with names....so i need some suggestions for various thing.

1) A name for the adopted daughter of Shepard and Tali. So far I do have a placeholder name, Ria, but I think i could do better then that.

2) Name for Tali's defense drone...I was really disappointed it did not get one in ME3, so screw it, the defense drone is getting a name in this story

3) Name of a ship. Basically I need some good ship names for various points in the game... those I have come up with are laughably cliche.

Besides that there are a few things i am trying to work out beyond this and would like input on.

-- Since the fic is 23 years later, Tali and Shepard are (obviously) married. As such Tali's name would be Tali'Shepard now...which does not sound right for some reason...atleast to me. I am thus trying to figure out if I should create some BS excuse why this is not the case, or just go with it anyhow.

--Judging by the fact that Tali is 22 when she is on her pilgrimage, it would make sense that Quarians age a bit slower then humans (or at-least take longer to reach adulthood). Just checking if this seems like reasonable analysis.

--How cliche would it be to have other major characters in the plotline be the children of other major character... its kinda the way i want to go with 1-2 of the 6 planned "squadmates" in one of the two plotline...but I am worried that would seem kinda dumb.
