Lol, I told you I'm only partially Canadian. I dunno, I just can't eat fries with anything but ketchup. Unless they're Arby's curly fries, those have Horsey Sauce reserved for them. So sad... the nearest Arby's from here is around a hundred miles away. Damn this place.

Stay away. It really is insanely addictive and they design it these days so that you have to be constantly buying cards to keep up. Unless you can focus on one single deck and heavily trade.

I stopped years ago but I have hundreds of thousands of cards stored away from my time with it and about 80 decks (none of which are legal anymore in most tournaments, lol).

And that's why I never went to any of those. Sorry, but I'll be keeping my Spirit of the Night, 4 Festering Wounds and various unblockable black creatures in my deck, thank you very much.

You can. At least in Legacy, none of these would be banned or restricted. But tournaments...you wanna play for money, play Poker like a big girl.

@Unschuld - Heh, yeah was never a tourny player really. Did one once. Didn't get so far. My combos were a little too insane. But I wouldn't trade my Enduring Renewal infinity deck for any current championship deck.

@Mad - I didn't say I didn't want the cards I just think I'd rather have the cash value of them right now. Sadly with the ever increasing power levels, I'm not sure how much I'd actually get for them and besides I still probably couldn't part from many of them (certainly not the actual decks anyway). Selling them would be tricky, would probably take a year just to sort them!

Also several of my decks would actually have to be vintage or whatever it's called now. Not that I have a Lotus or anything as cool as that.

I agree. Back to Tali and/or Tali Panda.

Heh. I think I'll stick to blackjack for moneymaking. I'd say it would be foolish to play Tali in poker, but you could probably watch her fingers to see when she fidgets.
