From left to right: Tali, Gerrel, Veetor, Xen, Reegar, Koris, Raan, Pilgrimage/Valley/Veetor's Aid/Rescue-from-the-Varren/Ihavenoclue Quarian. That's my best guess, though I guess Rael *could* be one of the middle two males.

I figured those two might be switched, but I still think their appearances match what I guessed. Oh well, the artist is right in the end. The bottom right one I actually got partially correct though, that's Veetor's therapist, not an original character. She's the one who's taking care of Veetor when you meet him on the Rayya. I'm assuming her name was taken from the subtitles, but I never had them on.

I wonder sometimes if Shepard and Tali will need to seek therapists to deal with whatever sort of PTSD they suffer with after the reaper invasion is over and they survive. I mean, its fairly evident that Shepard is going through a lot of stress, especially with some of the people he lost. Even though Tali probably doesn't show it as much as Shepard, im sure she also is dealing with PTSD from Haestorm and a few other events as well.
The one good thing I can see with Shepard and Tali is that they love and care for each other a LOT. That'll really help if they can recover from their PTSD and other things. But at best, their love acts like medi-gel in a sense; They'll still have nightmares, horrible visions and the like, but at least when one or both of them is having these issues, they can turn to each other to soothe the pain. If both of them do suffer from some form ot PTSD, I think they're going to need a therapist or someone to help them cope; no amount of love between each other can cure their nightmares.
Let them deal with their crippling psychological issues with mutual love and a damned VACATION.
