I think so, they're just extremely rare.

Not that I know of and besides biotics are useless tech and combat abilities are much more effective now I must "Finish the Fight"

You would think that plenty of Quarians would be biotic because they live on their ships and are around Eezo cores more often than other species.
Perhaps it also has something to do with their immune systems. A quarian may not be able to live with the Eezo nodules in their bodies necessary to use biotics.

What gave it away "Finish the fight"? "Kill the demon"? Plasma grenade? The fact I am SPARTAN A-196 of the SPARTAN IIIs?

No, I think it's mentioned somewhere that they really aren't exposed to eezo that much. Ship disasters kill those exposed unlike those who live in planetary environments where disasters just kill the crew and not those exposed.

I would love to see a quarian biotic in the ME3 universe.  They're ultra-rare, but probably not non-existant like the protheans...

And, for the record, Tali > Any quarian biotic, regardless of rarity.  However, I will comment that a quarian biotic surely is worthy of some sort of mate...

As it was mentioned exposure is limited amongst Quarians. A ship exposure would kill the crew and because the ships are self contained it wouldn't expose the rest of the fleet. Also, they have a smaller population to stay within resource limitations, further limiting the number of potential biotics.

So a small population with a small exposure (survival) rate would make quarian biotics extremely rare. There's probably a few around, perhaps among groups of quarians who live away from the fleet by choice. Or one or two hanging around as high level military officers. They would be exceptionally rare though.

There are almost no quarian biotics becouse Ezo exposure (pre-natal or otherwise) is virtually imposible with thier suits.
