I think people are confusing those saying that Terror tortures as having anything to do with chapter 17. Have you read his overall posts? He tortures and teases readers on a fairly frequent basis.

Obviously it's joking, hence why none of us are ever angry at him; or at least Im not and he's well aware of it. lol 'rolls eyes' But you can always go visit the top of page 2331 if you don't believe.

Heey, no one should be tortured by Chapter 17 unless they are ofcourse one of those people that wondered about "???" then yeah they prob feel a lil tortured untill 18 and the Epi are done.

Seeing it that way yeah but it's part of the writer's job to "torture" and keep them readers full of expectation

Its never a bad thing to pay homage to those that came before. As for parallels, well they are largely unavoidable, next to nothing is original nowadays. Only thing you can really do about that is to respect the predecessors and to put your own mark on it.
