I think the hornets are only common in rural areas. I've never seen one in Tokyo.

Cicadas are common, but also entirely harmless (plus, you'll hear them more than see them; they hide pretty well, but make an incredible racket).

She isn't really that thin. It just looks that way because her back is arched much further than normal, and more than a human might be able to do. The pic has her a bit thinner than in-game, but not much. And you can see her biceps. And dem thighs. Those thighs could crush buildings.

I don't understand why they are scary. They are big, yes, but they don't sting, they don't bite, they're not venomous; they pose no threat whatsoever. They're basically just large crickets.

Well the annoying bastards are dead already, so not really. Dead things don't creep me out. I just don't want to get my shoes completely covered in arthropod innards. Birds eat them all day long, so it's alright.

I just had to express myself again after accidently stumbling across this video.



The constant clapping of the crowd is seriously annoying. It's over doing it :/. loved how the Tali question was worded though

However, the response was very poor. There example completely back fired and here's why i think it has.

Because Liara and Samara weren't just Photoshop. Their looks very actually changed. I.e. the headtail, the appearance of the Asari were developed, it wasn't as much of a hash job as Talis.

Why? Because they said they took SOURCE material. They searched through a huge number of source material and wanted to use it as the basis of their work.

They literally copied, tinted and pasted and snipped a few fingers. That was literally it. That equals little effort. Honestly, do you expect ANY artist to do that?

That was not an expression of an idea in their own style, they just literally promoted someone else's style with their name. Search for sources is one thing, having it to influence the end product requires STAGES of development, which is something on a very different level.

No matter what the outcome of anything is, people can tell if effort has been put into it. Especially if exposed to many millions of people and as wide a group that the Mass Effect series has been exposed to.

Because I'll get hungry and corpse dust is not very palatable. And coffins can be air tight.

I have never seen hundreds of them covering the sidewalks. I barely notice them at my current house; my old apartment had a huge tree in front of the window, which basically meant jet-engine level noise in the summer.

Cicadas are horribly annoying because of the noise they make. They are not, however, in any way, shape or form scary.
