Hmmm i dont remember her being mad about being used as a political tool by her people... i remember her getting stressed about it, about it affecting her mental health, but not angry.

This caused her to be pregnant with his child which he made fun of for the rest of her life. When he wasn't making fun of Liara he was helping her make her book "Adventures with a Prothean" which caused some Haner to comit suicide and get eaten by Javik.
