I like to secretly think that it's a tribute to Tali. 

Then Again, it is my song and I'll give it the tribute if I wanted to anyways. 

I finally added the apex to the song, a near solo for the piano.  Personally...I think it sounds bomb.  

remember, the music design is simple in itself. But I took a cinematic approach.  I like cinematic music a lot and find that I'm good at making music like that anyways.

TALI ZORA VAS NORMANDY AND COMMANDER GABRIEL SHEPARD STAR IN.....

STILL DRUNK!!!!

(The elevator opens to reveal our two hero's...laughing their asses off. They stumble out of the elevator as they laugh with their arms around each others shoulders. A door opens in front that
reveals the captains cabin of the Normandy SR-2 Alliance edition. Shepard speaks in a serious, prothean sounding voice)

Shepard: "As opposed to a fake dead one."

(Shepard and Tali bust out laughing again.)

Tali: (in between laughs) Oh keelah, I love Javik. My ribs hurt. I need to sit down.

(Shepard and Tali stumble over to the couch while still laughing and sit, letting out a sigh as they make contact with the leather.)

Tali: Comfy couch...

(Tali stretches out and lays her head on Shepards leg. They stay silent for a moment before...)

Tali: Shepard...

Shepard: Yes Tali...

Tali: If we defeat the Reapers and survive this war, what's next?

Shepard: What do you mean?

Tali: I mean, what is next for us?

Shepard: Well first of all, we are going to celebrate with our crew. A few parties, three at the most. Then we are going on vacation, just you and me.

Tali: Where would we go?

Shepard: Somewhere sunny and has a beach so we can collect seashells.

Tali: Why seashells?

Shepard: Because afterwards we would go to Sur'Kesh.

Tali: The Salarian homeworld? Why there?

Shepard: It's Mordins homeworld.

Tali: Oh...

Shepard: While he was here on the Normandy, I asked him what he was going to do after curing the genophage. He said that he would probably go somewhere sunny and collect seashells. I told him he would go crazy inside an hour. He then said "Will run test on seashells."

(They both laugh)

Tali: Oh Mordin...

Shepard: He had no regrets. Then I'll resign from the Alliance Military.

Tali: Shepard...

Shepard: Tali...I think they'll understand. Then I'm going to take you home and build you that house on the beach.

(Tali sits up, turns around, and moves in close to Shepard)

Tali: Would you...

Shepard: Stay? That's up to you.

Tali: Shepard...I...

(Shepard takes Talis hands into his and looks right in her eyes)

Shepard: Tali...I have to start a new life...and the only way I'm going to be able do that is with you...and I refuse to take you away from you people.

Tali: What about your...

Shepard: I have nothing on Earth. I don't have a family and my life has been dedicated to the Alliance. I want a family...

(Tali stands up and looks away from Shepard)

Tali: I can't do that for you Shepard.

(Shepard stands up, turns Tali towards him, and takes her hands again)

Shepard: We can adopt. Unfortunately, this war has probably made a lot of orphans. Quarian orphans that we can raise and consider our own.

Tali: You would do that?

Shepard: Of course.

Tali: What about food? We can't eat the same...

Shepard: I imagine I can take a ship back to Earth to get food every two weeks. Look Tali, I have thought of everything. I can live on Rannoch...if you'll have me...

(Tali looks down for a few moments. She then looks into Shepards eyes before pushing him back onto the couch. She mounts onto his lap, takes off her mask, and kisses him. She looks into his eyes)

Tali: You're already mine Shepard and I want to spend the rest of my life with you.

(Shepard smiles before asking)

Shepard: Should I take that as a yes?

Tali: Yes...Yes you should.

(The scene ends as Tali and Shepard go in to kiss)
