I apologize if this has already been posted, in a Xbox magazine i read recently (i cannot find it currently so i do not know the issue number) said something along the lines of 'Tali's face will be revealed' i do not know if this is simply how they worded it but it seems like it will be shown in ME3.

Well I dont belive that something as awaited and crowd exiting as information about Tali face reveal would first be announced is any magazine or third party website.


Most probably the autors of this words did missunderstood BIOWARE statements on that matter

End they just said "We know wheter we will reveal Tali face in ME3 or not: Play the game to find that out !"

Personaly I belive they confirmed that more or less with this words. Backing out at that point would be silly but officialy it is still a mistery.

But none the less I woudl be greatfull if you somehow quted this exact words or if somebody linked us to some scans of this words.

All the main characters in Mass Effect who have even remotely humanoid faces are based on their voice actors (even Mordin, to an extent), so if Tali's face is revealed, odds are she's going to look similar to Liz Sroka.

I dont know is this actualy possible or wise. Of coure there si some room to "steal" some features form Liz but we have to understand that Tali's pofile doesnt exacly matches with her voice actresses.

Maybe I am wrong but it does kind of feel like portraing cartoon character after its voice animator. 

It is dengerous to blend the character with the real person too much.

IMO, if Tali's face is to be based off of anyones, it should be the face of Cote de Pablo, the actor who plays Ziva David.

But as I said, that's just my opinioninoionioinoinoin

back on track - Liara had her oficial comic (with Miranda included) Illusive man had, then there is a comic for Vega and then for Aria. Why there is soo much Asari in them and soo little Quarains .

You are correct sir! Too much Asari stuff. Bioware loves them some Asari "sigh". Tali pre-pilgrimage comics or anything Quarian related would be sweet. Hell I'll take a giant tali statue holding a shotgun in one hand and a geths head in the other. But no there has to be a liara statue.

Speaking of statues, they did have a sculpture made of Liara, which doesn't really look like Liara. They could make a sculpture based on Tali and seeing as how the people who made the sculpture of Liara kind of screwed the pooch on it a little, if BW decides to have a sculpture of Tali made. hopefully due to the negative reception of the Liara one, that'll ensure that they do it right.

I don't think everyone who wants Tali to have a relatively alien face also wants her ugly. We just don't want her to look like another color-swapped human. I wouldn't mind if they pulled a drell and made it for all intents and purposes human but still alien, but I really don't want a purple human. It destroys believability.

I think I've used this analogy before, but it's like finding a platypus on Earth, a blue platypus on Thessia, and a purple platypus on Rannoch........and they all do not share any genetic history....really? it makes no sense. Body plans are different from exact looks. A poodle and a leopard have a similar body plan but they look different. And that's on the same planet in the same little corner of the galaxy.

Finding someone else that's EXACTLY like us ("chicken feet" and squid hair isn't enough of a difference) in 3 different sections of the GALAXY does not make sense...

I just don't want Tali to look like purple human (or any other color for that matter).

But something similar as drell would good for me. In that  case Quarian would still look like human, but still alien.

You know, I can officially say that I am in love Tali. I've been void of true compassion for a good portion of my life and I'd rather live in a fantasy with Tali that to people on the outside would call creepy than to be subjected to the cold reality of my life which doesn't contain the happiness that my fantasy has now. I don't consider myself a Talimancer, I consider myself a Talilover and I'm damn proud of it!!!
