Tali'Zorah ME3 Thread *MAJOR SPOILER WARNING!*

I'd save Tali in any situation.
Though I can't bring myself to finish the game without doing every single side quest, my Ems will always be the highest possible.

Alright, so I had a rather interesting question to ask you Talimancers:
Let's pretend that in the new EC ending, you beat a final boss (Even though bioware devs would rather try something new, they put in a final boss anyways), some of your crew is dead or MIA thanks to not having enough readiness, your out of medi-gel, and your at the crucible controls with only Tali by your side. As your powering up the crucible and preparing it to fire so that you can put an end to the reapers once and for all, Tali puts herself up to a wall and slides down, her injuries sucking the life out of her. You notice that she needs medical attention or else she'll die, but you can't step away from the controls without risking a misfire and causing something bad to happen in addition to destroying the reapers. You need to make a decision, and it won't be easy because your galactic readiness isn't high enough at the time. Would you save Tali at the cost of one of these following consequences:
*consequencessnip*
To be honest, the best thing I read in your post was "final boss." Boss Fight!
Still, in the event of any number of those events occuring (as outlandish as some might be), I would still make the attempt to save Tali: my Shepard wouldn't have many reasons to keep going if Tali died, especially if he could have saved her. I would save her, especially in the sense that I would be fighting for her and my team, even if it possibly resulted in our deaths, as we could still spend our last moments together.
Also forthary, read some of your fan-fic. Nice job on the last chapter; a lot more detail in the story and in the characters, and (possibly a new plot point). Might still need some detail in the characters' dialogue, however; expression, tone of voice, description of the scene and not just rapid-fire discussion. Keep it up, though!

Stay at the controls. Every time. Even if for some reason using the First Aid ability isn't cutting it, it's still far less dicey that way.

Hmm so SPARTAN comes from Halo reach. Not a big fan of the series but I've seen enough videos to know the game is great.
Ok back to "what happened to Q&A"
What happened to Harby's voice during ME3?
Edit: Thread needs more of this
Lol, "MY TALI!":P

Yes, I do hope you get a more reliable internet connection. I swear you have the worst internet provider out there...the amount of times you DC and connect is staggering. I feel kinda sad that you lost all that money and XP in that match all because you DC'ed, I hate it when that happens. Perhaps I will see you tommorow...perhaps not.

You'd have to go back 2-3 pages to understand. It's merely a friendly reminder to lurkers and members.
Now, as for getting back on topic...I can understand why people would rather 'break the forth wall' and save as many people as possible, especially our beloved Tali. It's what I would want, to go home with Tali, and maybe having Garrus as a neighboor too. I'd want to be able to go back on Rannoch, build a house, and live out our lives in peace and comfort.
Though I will think it would be interesting if having a low EMS or making poor choices would mean you would have to make critical choices that could make or break Tali's life. And for some people, they would destroy planets and wipe out entire species to save Tali. Would I? I don't know. If it's what she would want, well...

It's less about wanting, and more about what this boss fight (particularly the end, but HOLY CRAP SPOILERS) makes me think.

Oh, the boss fight? Well, if it's anything not spider related, im sure Tali along with the rest of the crew would be up for it. If it is a spider...I'll hear the clanging of a shotgun as I turn around to find Tali missing with her shotgun on the floor, and i'll hear some sort of mysterious noise and smell a mysterious odor that I later found out came from Garrus.
Most of what I talk about when it comes to the boss fight, as well as the 'final decision' regarding Tali (AKA love interest) is based on a more improved version of the suicide mission in ME2. In ME2, I thought it was way too easy to get a 'perfect' ending after your first playthrough. Perhaps in 3, if they reuse it, then they could make it harder, but not impossible to get a perfect ending. Balance is key. But I do know one thing; If there's a final battle of some sort in the extended cut (Probably not, but still) I'll do whatever it takes to keep Tali alive. Even...if it changes me forever!
Now, I have a feeling this topic is getting old. We need a new one, and I got just the topic:
"What advice would you give to either Shepard or Tali when it comes to kissing?"

I did like how "easy" the suicide mission was, though. For two reasons. You're not actually fighting the Reapers, just the Collectors and a baby Reaper. And also because it allows a curveball. The curveball being holding the line while Shepard and two squaddies fight the final boss, and one last squad member escorts the crew back. How many people screwed that up without even knowing you were being graded? I know I almost did.
But yes, if you don't factor in galactic readiness, or the Cerberus Escapees or N7 Special Ops war assets, it's currently impossible to get the best ending.
Simply making it genuinely ball-bustingly difficult in that case would be an improvement.
As for the new topic? For health advice, I can't give any better than Mordin.
But for enjoyment? Breathe deep, and don't get uncomfortable.

Pffft, already did that. Marched in there with an automatic grenade launcher and power armor with Boone and took care of all of that. I hope she doesn't mind the shotgun being a bit bloody. To say the least.

Also I use power armor because I'm a power armor nut. The Heavy Riot gear though from Lonesome Road is pretty sweet too.
Tali should get power armor by the way. Totally cool and badass it will be.

Honestly, I felt foolish for going in undergeared. But giving up is what I don't do unless it's necessary.
And airtight, quarian-fitted power armour? Hmm...

You can have both. PA allows for bigger gun. Thus, Tali can get a huge freakin' shotgun to go along with it. It will be glorious.

It's cool, and I hear that. "To hell with it, this guy will die!" is a good mental plan for those types of games.
Somehow I don't think PA can be airtight. I think it would be more like putting her (suit and all) into something bulkier, better shielded, and as illuded to above, sporting a HUGE shotgun.
