1) More character Depth in Lines
2) Improved and more Accurate Writing of Quarian People
3) Having more In-depth, personal moments among Quarians, like Having Tali talk with Kal'Reegar before he goes into battle, or instead of her being an admiral, having her on the front lines, playing a key part in the battle.
4) Having conversation with Tali onboard the Normandy, rather than the usual "Hello, Shepard" or "Maybe later?"
5) GIVING TALI MORE DIALOGUE and A MORE PROMINENT ROLE AS AN LI. Like having the Quarian/Geth peace option causes some war problem you have to resolve
6) A proper citadel date, complete with dextro steak!
7) time talking to actual quarians, like you also should have been able to do more during her ME2 loyalty mission
8) If you romanced Tali less Normandy chatter with Garrus and more with your Shepard.
9) Maybe some other Citadel content.
10) Another mission that gave you epic dialogue similar to the dreadnaught
11) A conversation with Raan, Xen, or Kal that brought Tali and Shep's romantic relationship more into the open.
12) Perhaps a moment in Shep's cabin where she shows you how her people dance, since they love music and dancing (she does this as both a romantic gesture and to take Shep's mind off his troubles if even for alittle while, and another way to expand on her peoples culture). .
13) A better sex scene. No sex scene at all is better than the current one.
14) More tali in the captain's cabin. More snuggling scenes, please!
15) An actual face reveal, and remove the photo, or do the biometic lock idea, where it only shows her masked, until shepard picks it up. Linda like that gif I posted.
16) A conversation(s) with some of or all 4 of the Quarians you helped in ME2, including a bit of insight into Lia and veetor
17) More shep/tali interaction with joker/EDI if you hook them up. Lots of potential there.
