-A conversation with Admiral Ran about you relationship with Tali. If you romanced Tali, Ran will reveal that she knows about your relationship, knowing Tali well enough to be able to tell. She'll then tell you that Tali has lost so many people she loves, and that she can't loose Shepard too.
-And on a funnier note, talk about what to put in Tali's house.
Tali- "Hey Shepard, what's this "Bathtub" thing, and why do we need one big enough for the both of us?"

Well, Raan's compentence in 3 can barely fit a paper bag. It's worse than Conrad's. Hell, even Kai Leng is better, and after Redemption, he got screwed so hard that I just... can't hate him. I pity him, and how the writers did him in.Super_Angurius wrote...

Every time she makes a call, she's wrong. She's wrong to side with the war against the geth (if she really knew Tali that well, she wouldn't have done this), she's wrong not to back the Heavy Fleet to make it's repairs (incidentally, Tali is also wrong to go chasing life pods full of dead civilians when Xen could be getting tech), and under certain very nasty circumstances which indicate a deep hatred of quarians which we will not go into, she's wrong not to attack Shepard. (Or perhaps she isn't, the fleet's victory over an empowered geth would be slim to none, but her chances of beating Shepard, even with an army, would be flat, dead zero.)
I mean, this is a completely different example that you're mentioning, but the two of them likely got distant sometime down the line, and it's unlikely Raan even should know. Even if you make peace, there's no small talk between her and Tali. This may - however, be a case of exposition cramming taking the place of character development.

Let's actually talk about something. Like dailouge that would have been interesting to see in the game. such as-

Too bad its not in actual game. How blind they are, Tali is literally so near Shepard all the time that its obvious they love each other.
Would be nice to see Admirals reaction about it.

Probably the exposition part and also running out of time to make more varied "cinematics". The different scenes play very similar to each other minus minor dialogue changes.
I also thought because she is still Tali's "Aunt" that it would perhaps look bad if she was always taking her side too, ya know? Sort of like colusion...but not. I can't think of the right word to use at the moment.
That and she has her own opinions or lack thereof... from ME2 and ME3 it does show that she never tries to make decisions that are extreme one way or another.

Although you do have a good point. Raan is probably thinking like that, and it's screwing her up, badly.

I swear these quarians are so messed up in their heads with their thinking that if it wasn't for Shepard, there wouldn't be anything left of the quarians, and probably Tali. Perhaps they need more human and less quarian in them?

Well... I guess there are going to be more relationships between humans and quarians now. Including intercourse.forthary wrote...

I guess if you saved the geth on top of the quarians, that could very well be safely possible in time, although the intercourse is, as Javik would point out, a pointless exercise, other than for pleasure. Only way to solve that would be to either adopt or use science, and for the science part, you couldn't create a half breed, it would involve converting one form of either the female or male DNA for use with the other. I think to be honest, while Tali wouldn't mind adopting, I think she would like to have a child made from her DNA as well as Shepard's. The idea of having their own offspring that is actually made out of their own flesh and blood would be a idea most pleasing to Tali and Shepard.
On the bright side though, as far as I can tell, 'protection' generally isn't required to avoid unwanted pregnency. Just...don't do anything really crazy. Some forms of sex are generally unhealthy even for humans.

I would think they would take a pull from the playbook of the Asari and randomize Shepard's gene's in a lab, creating a full Quarian baby but still with some gene's from daddy in them. While intergalactic peace is nice and all, the chances of a hybrid baby, or full human baby being fully accepted by Quarian society would probably be weak. Sure, it'd have its parents start power but that won't stop everyone.
Considering the dialogue in the game, and popular opinion, leans Shepard towards having a permanent home on Rannoch it would make sense for their baby to be full Quarian to more easily advance in Quarian Society. I'd suspect they'd spend a lot of time in space though and Rannoch would be more of a vacation home. Point still stands.
Admiral Han'ai vas Zorah, captain of the very first warship manufactured by the Quarians in years and named after their brightest scientist and the kids mother.
