Hey all, firstpostomg!!! Just finished catching up..what a ride. I've been on a huge Fan Fiction kick for awhile now, star wars and other games, and wanted to try ME FF. So in a post on these forums I saw a link to Razor's Edge and checked it out. LOVED it, and its sequel Dark Witness.

Thanks for all the replies! I've played through ME1 and ME2 so many times that while I'm never averse to going back through them again (STILL never get old!), I'd been looking for some good stuff to read till March. Looks like I've got my hands full now!

Sadly, I don't think there would be much time or opportunities for any kind of dancing in ME3 (well except if there are bullets and weapons involved). But if there would be some dancing moments, then I dure hope they would be a longer and much better that those Flux one as that was awful.

Also it would be great, if there would be moment, where Tali would dance to your Shep (only if LI of course). After all dancing skills seems to be highly appreciated amongst Quarians. And while Tali doesn't strike to me as being professional in this skill, I could definitely see Tali giving it a try and for Shep of course.

Though in either case, if there woud be any sort of dance scene, those would be at the end of game and after Reapers are beated.

I think the only dancing occurred in Flux. Even though is was awful it was still fun to discover. The only dancing I recall from Chora's Den was where you could sit and watch the Asari dancer, though please correct me if I am wrong because I like to go back and see the things I somehow managed to miss in my many playthroughs.

Damn yuo people are hopeless - game will be the way its gona be - it is the autors vision not your private fun service.

I wished Mufasa never died and still he did to my despair. Should I stoped watching movie right then ?

After you read book you like, do you force the autor to write a sequel the way you wish to ??

No it isnt lazyness - it is their artistic choice. It is not a matter of gameplay nor even one of the plot - Shepard already have seen Tali's face, it is just we  players who didn't.

Should they reveal how Tali and Quarians in general look it is all their choice ! Giving you an option would be just silly couse you would find it anyway sooner or later. And as i said it is not this kind of "choice" that should ever be given to a player becouse it destroys the real artistic feeling the autor wanted to give to player.

Adn since they would allow a choice in this matter they should allow them in all other aspects too. Players should decide how will earth look (dirty and crumbling, or clean and shining ) players shoudl decide if ilusive man is actualy good or bad, what reapers turn to be, etc.

This is not a healthy way. Take the story the way it is - honor the autor that provided you with this awesome game and take delight in submerging into the world he created.
Becouse if the Game was exacly the way you wished you would soon find it borring and predictable. The true fun lies in discovering the unexpected and loving this experience m and not in indulging your poorly (or not) thought through expectations.

The pool is to tease the funs  a little not to actualy do what crowds want.

It is widely agreed that people generaly dont know what they want, all the more in case of masses opinion

I can imagine that after first Star Wars movie came out peple were hopeing for a hot Leia Luke Romance in the following  episodes - how much less intresting it would be if Gorge Lucas fullfilled the crowd wishes ?

PS. And please dont take this as a personal insult towards you. I understand your opinion, and I  cant tell for sure if yours isnt actualy truer than mine . Sometimes people just fail to see a bigger picture in pursuit for their trival goals. Most popullar and obvious choice is rearly the best.

Well Mass Effect isn't that important lol, you could use internet, without of fear of being bombarded by images of Tali. Maybe you cant hang out in the Tali thread or you have to be real careful, but hearing people talking about it i.e. complaining lol. Would it really be that different than what you get now?

Just because all of the images of her face and all the talk about what it looks like, doesn't have the BW seal of approval, it doesn't make a difference. I mean people have covered everything from supermodel human to the Predator, all BW showing her face would be, is a simple confirmation. Its like "She's orange instead of purple, mystery solved" There is no mystery to her, at least not in my eyes.

True people are thinking too much about it.

Some have lost the real point bahind the discution whether to reveal her face. The orifinal discution started becouse BIOWERE didnt revealed it when they should have - durring ME2 romance scene.

For me this was silly and cheap - so i hope they will fix that in ME3. No dark emotions here.
The whole "should they reveal Tali face" movement begin later as a AntiTalimancers initiative as they generaly pervert evrything about her.
If Tali face was in ME2 there would be no discutions, no rants, no quarrels - as no one questions Mirandas face nor any other characters.

Sure but I never said, nor do I belive that making their wishes come true would actualy make them happy.
What truely drives the selles here is the curiusity, and so far it is god damn effective :happy:

Yes, of course you'll see it if such a thing exists. we are talking about an rpg game, i mean seeing or not seeing unmasked Tali happens in your own playthrought or not, those choices are in-game RPG choices not real-life ones.
