You'd be pretty horny too if you were 24? years old, a virgin, probably never touched another person's skin except your mother's nearly two decades ago, couldn't show your face, technological assistance giving you your only means of sexual release, and space jesus just returned your feelings of romantic love.

what if EC gives the fans what they want, and there's a bunch of non-combat side quests with your LI (tali in this case). what comes to mind is like in red dead redemption where you can do little quests for your family and stuff. I can imagine like getting flowers for tali or something, would be a nice touch.

Well I don't think Tali generally drinks to excess (drunk), but I'd say it's worth it either way.
Plus I really don't think milk fits a good steak dinner. *shrug*

I don't think they could have done worse without trying. I'm still not able to believe that they tried this time.

Oh, well considering how the ending turned out, I'm with zappho. Plus it's alot easier to like with how it's presented in the Normandy. Kind of hard to see with wierd lighting so the more egregious things (like the fingers) really can't be seen.

Plus the first time I was cool with it since I didn't know it was a stock photo. That really killed my liking of it.

Her face is one of those contested things where there's always somebody who isn't going to like it.
Then again not showing her face at all would have been equally as controversial.
In the end they can't please everyone.

True, but I'd think at least a face render in game would atleast be appreciated for the effort more so than the photoshop. *shrugs*

well at first I was like wtf. then I was like WTF?! something was just...wrong. why is she out of her suit? where is she? how did she have so much hair in her helmet? why she look so human? who took this picture? so on so on. 

I just couldn't beleive bioware did this it's unreal.

also, if they actually MADE their own appearance for quarians not just badly photoshop a google image and call it good, I dont think as many people would be upset. Just what I think. they really couldn't have handled this much worse if you ask me.

Well, just to show you the amount of effort put into the face reveal, I turned mac walters into a quarian. In under 2 minutes. It was easy because I didn't have to do hands. But they messed up her hands anyway.

exactly! what should have been a memorable face reveal for a much beloved character turned into a mockery, drawing lines on people's faces is all we got out of this, I hope bioware is happy if this is what they wanted. why would they do this <_<

Because they completely lost touch with their fanbase and were corrupted by EA.

I've been rolling around in my head what could have made them do this with this character.

They were already pressed for time by the rEApers, so they were in a rush to release it. but it still doesn't make sense there is much more imaginative fan art that only took a few hours to draw. There was also some concept art for quarians in the art book that came with collectors edition. why just give up? somebody HAD to make a concious decision to take a google stock image and photoshop it very poorly then put it in game.

I'm probably putting too much thought into this but I just can't understand why they would do that. It's as if they deliberately went out of their way to stir everybody up. then in the final hours app our boy casey hudson seems to think they did a pretty good job. I can't believe that! It's such a sub-par effort! what is going on!

man needed to get that off my chest. all I can do is wait to see what they do next. as far as I'm concerned I haven't seen a quarian's face until she takes her mask off in game removes her hood and smiles at shepard.

I think in the in game picture they wanted to imply she had purple skin or something but instead of tinting it a different color they just put a purple/gray filter over the whole picture.
