I cant believe they drew some lines on a google image and cut off 2 fingers and called it a quarian. What in th world were tbey thinking.

I expect some grunt was told to make a tali image last minute, and some middle-management guy said "ok" without looking into how little effort was spent.

Now were talking excelsis. fantastic! how long did it take the artist? 2 hours?

We all have expectations of what quarians should look like, this is most excellent at least for me.

The one in the middle is the previous version of the one I posted. Both are better than bioware's idea.

I also saw at one point there's a texmod to replace bioware's sloppy photoshop with something more...tasteful. dunno where it is tho. and we shouldn't have to do that!

the artists at bioware should have been like: ok this is what quarians look like, we made it ourselves and this is the final design choice for the quarian race. instead they made a hasty photoshop of a generic brunette that you can barely see and won't comment about it other than how many google images they went through. disgusting.

edit: also lol, I saw they patched a game but I didn't see "fixed an issue where tali's face was a photoshopped image". or "fixed an issue where tali's hand was photoshopped incorrectly" rabble rabble!

I like this one most. Not too alien and not too human. Just fix that damn hand and render it to game as actual face

kudos to them for creating such a wonderful character slinky. How can they show such creativity and care in their work in creating the character but so haphazardly sorta "reveal" her? It was especially bad when she took off her mask on rannoch I was like "OH SNAP THIS IS IT!!" my face was like :DDDD. then it cut to black. then I realized I got trolled.

Shajar, that doesn't make any sense. How is it "not too human?" It IS a human with three fingers, sharpie on face and neck, and white eyes. Not alien at all.

those knuckleheads at bioware can't hide from this forever. I know the ending right now is the primary thing wrong with the game but I'll put down money this will be the next that will be brought up.

Agreed.  The irises are a little hard to discern, but otherwise that photo would work great as an in-game face.
