Well whether you see her face or not is strictly a choice. Even if the game forced Shepard to do it, you still don't have to see it if you don't want it.

Because if they do show Tali's face, it would be all over the internet. And when that happens (not if, when) then you can't avoid it without staying away from internet in general. Maybe you could pay your bills and read your email, but that's it. And most defintiely you can visit anyhting ME or game related sites. Never. Thought at the end, that won't matter as I'll say that it's impossible not to see Tali's face, if BW indeed shows it.

Sooner or later, you would see that face in somewhere. Maybe not right after the game had been released or maybe even year(s) after it. But in some point, you will see that face, if you continue to use internet.

So, sure, it's choice, where options are to either see that face or avoiding using internet in general. In other word, the real choice is that do you want to see that face willingly or because its somehow forced to you?

Plus I would give a medal to a Tali fan that would be strong willed enought to never look it up for curiosity sake.

Yes, of course you'll see it if such a thing exists. we are talking about an rpg game, i mean seeing or not seeing unmasked Tali happens in your own playthrought or not, those choices are in-game RPG choices not real-life ones.

In game RPG storywise Shepard have already seen it, regardless of your choice in ME3 (Unless Tali had a Mask uder the Mask ...under the Mask under the Helmet   ) So it is just the Player who was left clueless there - so this is not realy an RPG in Game choice.

Just because all of the images of her face and all the talk about what it looks like, doesn't have the BW seal of approval, it doesn't make a difference. I mean people have covered everything from supermodel human to the Predator, all BW showing her face would be, is a simple confirmation. Its like "She's orange instead of purple, mystery solved" There is no mystery to her, at least not in my eyes.

Would it really be that different than what we get right now? Yes, it would be. At least for the begin.

I'm quite sure that there would be dozens of different "Tali face revealed", "Look how beautiful Tali looks like" or "Well I always believed that she would look hideous, just look at her" threads. And this Tali's face pictures would probably become a new trolling item for trolls as if someone even slightly mentioned of the possibility that he/she had not seen or don't want to see Tali's face, it won't take long before that picture had been posted.

Also I wouldn't be at all surprised if some people would just create some innocent looking thread with some interesting topics, but when you click that thread, you would get Tali's picture (at some point of OP post). Also I wouldn't be surprised if some people would take this maskless Tali as their avatar pictures in different forums. And if that happens, well....... it's quite impossible to avoid seeing Tali's face in that case.

And let's just hope that Tali won't look ugly under her mask, because if she does, then there is nothing to stop all those trolls. They would derail BSN and especially all the Tali threads.

So, sure I hope that showing Tali's face would be just simple issue or confirmation, but in reality it's that only for Tali fans. But it's going to be an huge issue for some people on the BSN. (I haven't been here for that long time, but even I know that BSN is going crazy, if Tali's face is indeed revealed. It's just something you can't avoid.)

It's pretty clear that no matter what Bioware does there will be complainers.  Show her face and some folks will go "You ruined the mystery, damn you Bioware!" or "She looks too ugly, not ugly enough, too alien, not alien enough, like a space elf, etc, damn you Bioware!".  Fail to show her and another group will say "All tease and no payoff?  Damn you Bioware!".  Bioware knows this which is one of the reasons they had multiple development meetings where they avoided this question.  It is also one more big reason why they need to do whatever the writer's feel is best for the story.  Trolls/Haters, on the other hand, need no actual reason to complain and will do so for their own amusement regardless.

Dunno. It's why whenever I draw women I go out of my way to make their breasts small/normal-sized to kind of make a point about it.

About the "why", it's quite easy to explain: fanart is about fan which draw characters they likes, so they try to makes those characters looks good, and for most male big breasts is better that boyish chest so that's how they draws female characters.
I don't see where is the hard to understand part.

because it doesn't make sense...if you're going to draw Kelly for example...giving her Christina Hendricks curves and bust "because guys like big ******" doesn't make it good...if it's part of the intention to sex it up, then w/e...but that image doesn't seem to have NSFW intentions, so Tali having ****** THAT big doesn't make sense...it's like giving Joker Jacob's sculpted body because it looks good....

You miss the point: making a character sexier doesn't have to be the method, but can just be the goal.
Just to make it looks better, for the purpose of looking better.

Oh, I really like the facial expressions in this one (the ones you can see anyway). It's just, well, I have the impression it is... overemphasizing certain... assets a little bit, especially on Tali and Shepard. I'm not really complaining, I just don't remember them to carry around that kind of equipment is all I'm saying.

Edit: Heh, ok, I guess I wasn't the first one to notice that. Then again, kinda hard to overlook.
