Start romance with another love interest first = Tali asks that you end it with the other person first before the relationship progresses.
Start romance with Tali and then one with another love interest = The other love interest asks that you end it with Tali.

Works the same for every love interest.

That would fit her personality not to say anything after all he's her captain she would have no right to ask him to stop seeing someone in the Quarian sense. I mean when you do date her she says she'd understand if you would rather see someone else.

She might be fine with him not being with her, but how would she be fine sharing him with someone else?  She even says (if you romance Miranda as well) "I want to be with you, but I don't want to share you with Miranda," or something along those lines.

I think there should be some sort of blooper vid in the game. Maybe the credits to an Insanity Pistol Only Playthrough. One recurring blooper could be Tali getting unmasked. Each scene repeat is an increasingly ridiculous face.
