That's why I never choose the control ending. With power comes temptation and with temptation, comes corruption.

clearly control gives the best possible outcome, as a reaper for example

1 you can repair the most damage,as a reaper it is possible to fix the citadel and relays (because they made them in the first place)

2 as a reaper you can come back as a human shepard (when you kill the last rachni queen the reapers show they are capable to clone a new one and implant "relativly" normal memories into it also they show that they can do this relativly fast I imagen a Control Shepard would be faster up and abouth then a destroy Shepard is out of the hospital)

3 All those races that could come back, all that technology that can be obtainend

4 The ability to invistigate into all that dark energy

5 Whill synthesis seems terrible (to me) some species like the quarians could greatly benefit from it (because of their immune system) Sepperate species should be given the synthesis choise on a case to casel basis

The best end is destroy with breath scene and if you imagine that Geth and EDI can be restored or survive somehow.

I can easily image that because half the extended ending was talking about everything they could rebuild. Didn't it show the Citadel fully restored at some point too?

I can't seem to remember...is this scene ever seen outside of the flashback?  I can't tell if it is or not...

Big noses? first this nose isn't too big after all. Second, it is like you'd say: All humans have big noses. Diversity is given for Quarians too, I'd say.

Nah I say quarians have big noses.  It's no turn-off or anything though in the slightest; I wouldn't mind if Tali had a big nose, but it may make kissing problematic if it was too big lol.  I was thinking diversity when I saw that picture; not all quarians would have the skin tone of a drow elf, I suppose.

Oh, and is that Shala'Raan in that one picture I linked?  Some say it is.  If it is, then, damn.  She looks pretty young for her age.  But despite whatever beauty she may have, she will never exceed the beauty and wonder of Tali.

I think Control is a troubling ending. Reapershep admits he's not Shepard, but something new. That's quite risky. He could do a lot of good things, but will he? He's not Shepard. He's a Reaper that has access to Shepards memory and thought process. It will do whatever it thinks is right, but it is not human and won't think like a human. Who's to say he won't decide to wipe civilisations out randomly.

Ever seen the Forbidden planet? A mind unleashed can be a terrible thing.

Yeah. That, including the possibility that you may lose control of the reapers, is why I never choose control.

Synthesis is space magic stupid, so Destroy for me every time.

I choose CONTROL to much to gain and the epiloge of the old man with the kid together with the reaperShepard shows a relativly promising end

I also don't think Shepard is in the same state as he was in the beginning of Mass Effect 2, sure there was a explosion, but it isn't the same as entering the atmosphere of a planet, he is still on the citadel waiting für the rescue team, which of course try to get to the hero of the universe B)

Yes.  Although the Citadel is still apparently positioned over Earth with the blue beam going to it, when Hackett says "in time, everything that was destroyed will be rebuilt." (paraphrase)

While a reunion scene would've been great, I am satisfied with what we were given, as a reunion between Shepard, Tali, and the rest of the crew is heavily implied.  The synthesis end still doesn't make sense, despite the much needed dialogue options to discuss it.  Of all the clarification, those extra lines of dialogue when discussing each decision in depth was probably the best salve in the starchild's scene.  Never went for it anyway; Tali needs Shepard with her in that house on Rannoch.  Destroy all the way!

Overall, I found it as a vast improvement over what we had, and will hopefully inspire more fan-fics in the future.

Edit: Ninja'd again.

Things could have been worse.  But I still hope Bioware decides to make the EC even better with some better reunion scene.  They still have time.  But I chose destroy because I promised Tali I would be back for her.  I was almost worried my Shepard died, but...he made it.  The flashback scenes were good, I felt kinda bad seeing EDI in the scene and when I saw Tali, things got pretty sad.  I cried seeing her with my plaque at the normandy wall.  It was a emotional ending.  But like I said, I do hope it gets better.

Having Tali reunite with shepard and see a short clip or something afterwards showing what happened to your squad would have been great. Instead it just ended. BRAVO BIOWARE.

The emotional load from the endings was far better this time around. I think I can safely say that it is the kind of reaction I needed for ME3's ending, something that the original endings definitely failed to deliver.

Some kind of reunion scene with your crew and LI would have been nice for the Shepard lives ending, but I'm okay enough with it, as it is heavily implied that this reunion will be a certainty.

The sick bastard that picked anything but destroy after Tali begged them to survive should just hand over their Talimancer license. Saddest I've ever felt in a Video Game right there.

So much that.

Make yourselves known! We will come for you...

I'm Sorry... I picked control and will continue to pick it... instead of the sad cop out of a  easter egg  "Breathe" scene at the  end of Destory  the everyone seems to holding on to  as a sad  hope.

So excuse my new AI god Shepard but  he needs to get some Destoryers on building Tali her new   mansion complex on  Rannoch.

And  He'll make sure to have a  husk swing by a night on their annivesery and leave a nice floral arrangment. Because even as the New Catalyst...  He still remembers and always will.

and I'm out...

And your Shep no longer has feelings for her, he no longer has a connection to her other than memories.

What good are memories unless we feel something about them?

I pity your canon shep...

After the original ending, All of my motivation for ME went out the window, soul crushing stuff!

The EC has turned this around and I'm revving up for a new play through. That new Tali leaving scene and memorial wall scenes were fantastic. Also got to see a picture of a Quarian without of mask in the synthesis ending which was cool.

Pity... please don't...

Feelings are notthing without actions and  will to back them up turn them into actions.   He loves and loved her in trustest sense of the word and thats why he gave everything to ensure not only her but all life,  organic and synthetic had a future.

=]

Just so you know... I'm not mad or anything. ... just I have a  different opinion.
