Tali and Shepard are still young. They would have their home together, but that doesn't mean that they would never travel outside Rannoch again. And knowing the two, they would be willing to do some travelling at the very least while they are still young. Nothing as major, violent or dangerous as during the war, but travelling nevertheless.
Exactly, more sleepless nights (bow-chika-bow-wow), and some more adventures!

Some may still live to see it, such as Liara or Grunt. Maybe Bakara, and Dagg. Samara, possibly, but not too likely.
Shepard won't live long enough. Nor will Tali, or James, or... well, most anyone.
Not that Shep won't get to go on more adventures, though. (That's what DLC is for!)
They'll probably mostly consist of fetch quests, dungeon crawls, and stupid quest givers who forget that you shot them two seconds ago and give you more bullets. And may also consist of spellcasters and Shepard hoping that life isn't like Baldur's Gate, in where being petrified breaks romances. (Considering that exterminating th... no, I won't even go there)
It may also turn out to just be a video game. :innocent:
Doubtless they will visit Wrex's babies, and Liara's little blue children. And all the friends they made along the way.
But we all know what most of their time will be taken up by... Rebuilding the geth as a species while writing a 500 page-long layman's terms thesis on how EDI the individual cannot be revived, no matter how much work is done on the Enhanced Defence Intelligence AI framework - much to Joker's dismay.
And making funny Extranet comic strips.

Oh, and cuddles.

I think we've all already established that revealing the face was decided upon late in the development cycle, and they focused on the face.LanceSolous13 wrote...

Miss England 05 isn't exactly a stock photo, but... meh.
At least we gotta give them credit for making sure not to violate established canon with the face.

I always imagined that quarian "ears" would just be holes, like with the Asari. Though I understand that a lot of people thought they'd have pointed ears, going with the whole "space elf" thing.
Personally, I don't mind either way =P Though if we're going to go by what the stock-photo showed us, I think the former seems more likely.

According to a script-file hidden in the folder of the original game, she snaps the photo after the peace on Rannoch, before they leave the planet with the shuttle.

"Never.
Again.
You will never have to leave her again.
You guys deserve that much.
If I live, or if I die - I'd rather live, obviously, but I will do everything I can to get you two out of here.
Like it or not, Shepard, you are a, no. You are the hero.
You will get your happy ending, even if me and my friends have to bleed out in some ditch somewhere.
You and she broke your backs, you were rendered clinically brain dead and very nearly actually dead, for our galaxy.
Now it's time for the galaxy to return the f***ing favour."
(Quoth, me. Or, my human Infiltrator self (whom I will have to make sure not to make a Marty Stu, but not to be ineffectual either) damn, I need to get around to writing that N7 Special Ops fic - or hell, fleshing out half the characters in my team, I mostly have the ones I use the most down. Plus the krogan.)

Exactly what I was thinking, this would also be the first time that Shepard sees her face should she not have been romanced. But, the background really isn't the cliffs of Rannoch and she isn't wearing her suit, but a blanket. Erm.....I just ntoiced the unfortunate implications of that.
I imagined the Quarian's to be similar to what was shown, though, I usually thought darker skin and bio-luminecent lines of either purple or pinkish. I also sort of imagined three divets in her skin above her eyes brows in the forehead for some odd reason. The long wavy hair was a favorite idea of mine with a dress that resembled her suit.
Oh god. Her goodbye at the Normandy was heartbreaking to listen to. "I-I already have a home." Her delivery of the line is perfect...

At least it makes good fanarts.
Except for the fools (whom should be eaten) who ignore the canon appearance for something more superficially alien, but far more humanesque under the skin.

Well, all that's nice, but first there's a lot before them. For starters they have to reunite with each other once the Normandy makes it to Earth, then they have to wait till the relays are repaired, then they can start building the house, and THEN they can start adventuring, yay!Savakka1 wrote...

Since alot of people think that the photoshop of Tali is not the best that could be done, another one was made by Unicron9 at deviant art.

Not sure if someone else has already done this, but I made a texmod to replace the default photo with Unicron9's edit.
This is the first texmod I have ever made so nothing drastic going on here.

This is only for the PC version of Mass Effect 3. Texmod is required for this to work.

This thread has a lot of textures for use in Mass Effect 3 as well as instructions on how to use Texmod.
The dark energy stuff must be resolved, the sooner the safer, waiting for another generation may be too late. You might as well end up with half the galaxy's stars blown up and extreme living conditions because of waiting.N7Kopper wrote...

Besides, this is no army of killing machines of doom, but more of a scientific problem unless someone like TIM shows up with his "Control is means to survival." and starts killing everyone for the heck of it. So no adrenaline fight or anything except occasional skirmish with pirates and stuff, you know, the usual.
And I believe that EDI the individual could be revived, it'd only require more than just repairs and re-activation. Another adventure maybe? To strengthen her relationship with Joker again and all that stuff that formed her as a person she came to be. That's me, the hopeless optimist.:innocent:

Maybe, depends on what exactly thr energy wave did to the technology affected. It seemed like it only deactivated the Reapers, so no destroying the hardware, what happened to the software is other thing. If her software got wiped out, then there's no saving her.Strelsky wrote...
Just gotta find and repair that blue box.
The ships in the epilogue seemed functional though, if all their software got wiped out they would be non-functional as well, many of their systems probably relies on VIs too.
Hard to say really if we don't know what exactly has the wave done.

It's funny.
This is a good picture, but the artist didn't deserve to even think of it, let alone draw it.
Click it. Read the description. Find out why. And send a hug my way.
And post some angry comments. If you haven't already.
I can respect his decision from strategic perspective. But my inner Talimancer rages.<_<
Truly, at that point I couldn't care less about some war assets, all I cared about was making Tali happy, give her a homeworld. And letting the Flottila be blown to pieces certainly wasn't that option. It was either peace or Quarians for me were I forced to make that decision (luckily I wasn't).
Like Mordin said, need something personal to fight for, to get things in perspective. True, there are others important for me, friends, like Garrus, Anderson, Liara... But without Tali... What's the point? I'd been doing all that for her.
At that point my Shepard would lost his motivation, what pushed him forward, so I might as well restart the game.
