Yeah, this picture is definately my favourite of all the Tali images I've seen. Why couldn't Bioware have given us something like this?

Now that I think about it, Tali and Shepard living on Rannoch, Wouldn't that be REALLY expensive? Just think of the costs of everything...

Having to build a home from scratch, and I don't think Rannoch has the raw materials to do so at the moment.
Constantly purifying the water.
Shepard's going to have to be constantly be importing his food too.

That's got to have astronomical costs to it...

So...after 3 Paragon playthroughs, I've decided to start a Renegade playthrough. Some of the stuff Shepard says and does is hilarious, i'm surprised I didn't decide to do one of these sooner.

The obvious downside however is that i've got to be a complete d!ck to Tali. Just completed Freedom's Progress and I already feel like slapping my Shep in the face. Though I'm not going to deny that it's interesting to see all the new Tali dialogue that i've missed from previous playthroughs.

Also, this page needs a Tali:

Granted being mean to Tali is not cool! I can't even do that on my pure renegade Shep...Being an ass to Liara, sure no problem. Ignoring Garrus uh huh this is easy. Telling Ash to shut it yup. Trying to be mean to Tali....Argh I can't do it.

Well, mine is going to be a full-on scumbag Renegade, with as little Paragon as possible. I've already had Wrex killed off and I plan on tricking the Krogan during the Tuchanka arc (will be interesting to see Mordin survive!). Also, i've noticed Renegade Shep hates the Geth a lot. I'm really curious to see how this will affect Tali's dialogue later on, as I know for a fact that if you encourage war with the Geth Tali will end up voting for it with the other Admirals (aside from Koris, obviously) in ME3. All of this however does mean he''s going to be pretty nasty to Tali =S As I said though, seeing the new dialogue from her is great...even if it does have negative connotations haha.

The real test will be trying to ignore the "hug Tali" Paragon interupt during her loyalty mission lol. You really do have to be a heartless bastard in order to ignore that.

Having Wrex alive and then faking the cure is so much more painful. It made me feel terrible afterwards lol. Though I do wonder how Tali's dialogue changes if you make her hate the geth with you. At least with Legion alive I usually kill him or give him to Cerb on my pure renegades. I'm gonna assume it's the same as with the AI.

Do you plan on giving up the evidence on Rael at her trial? I've always wondered how that played out in ME3...I think she just apologizes to you though haha. Also if I remember correctly I think her dialogue after avoiding the hug is actually much more interesting as well.

Oh yes, the dialog changes. Though I prefer supporting Tali and being nice to her over being a renegade. It feels so much better to prove her innocent, rail the admiralty board and save her homeworld whilst making peace with the geth and blowing her mind.

It's kinda funny...Tali is a lot of things we like women to be; she's strong, she's intelligent, and someone you don't want to be on the wrong end of. She also has a few weaknesses too, but probably the best part is Shepard can make overcome her weaknesses and become stronger. It's a really good feeling to help her break free from her prejudices regarding the geth and show her that those ways would have been disastrous for her. And she even thanks me for it, which shows real good character development! I will miss her so damn much once Mass Effect 3 is all said and done, but ill still keep my eye on Ash Sroka, she's such a good and lucky actor.

But but what if Rannoch wasn't there when they came back?  What if the destroy ending made the planet explode!?  Heh, that would be a cruel joke to play on Tali, to pretend to arrive at the system Rannoch is supposed to be in and be like, "Huh?  Where's Rannoch?  It's not there, it's just a asteroid belt!"

I can never play pure renegade, it doesn't make much sense when stretched across all 3 games. It won't let you be a racist all the time, nor a cerberus fan.

I do have a renegon character. By ME3 you can pretty much go pure renegade, but before that I just am renegade except with teammates whom I tend to be friendly.

Same. Can't do it in any game really. Not FO3, nor New Vegas, nor Mass Effect. Just can't.
Besides, I think Tali would disapprove.

Same here, I just feel like a total ****. I can't play trough the series making different choices than my canon Shepard. And of course not, romancing any other than Tali

BioWare hosed the game over enough as is!  We don't need to give them any ideas.

Though, with all the dead geth now in the quarian suits, one does wonder what the quarians do to purge them.

I still don't see how the Geth died. They're code! So the red wave targetted 1's and 0's? Please.

Apparently, the Reaper code uploaded at the end of the Rannoch plot changed them somehow?
