This is only the second texmod I have done, so once again nothing that complicated.

This replaces the default purple outfit for Tali in ME3 with her grey and gold "loyalty" outfit from ME2.

Alas, I am blessed with having a Tali dream! Unfortunately, I can't remember much, but I do remember that she and I went to a few locations on earth. She was without her mask the whole time, her face looked similar to this But with less dramatic eyes, a few minor differences, and she looked beautiful. Her hood was still up, but I could tell she had black, long hair tucked away in her hood. We went to a few locations together and I could feel we had a great time.

The only location I remember though was McDonalds, and it was pretty disgusting there. It was completely empty on the customer side, but the place was a mess. The restrooms were messy even though I don't remember visiting them, there was water spilled all over one of the tables that dripped onto the floor, the trash I think was overflowing, and there was even a uneaten wrapped burger sitting on the floor! The place was gross. Fortunately, we didn't stay long, we probably went just to show Tali how bad fast food can be, and left to do other things.

It was wonderful though just to see Tali in one of my dreams. I never thought it would happen, but it did. I wish I remembered more, but I am glad we had a great time together. I look forward to seeing you again in one of my dreams, Tali!

Congrats!  :police:

Quarian dancers are valued highly on the floatilla. It makes me wonder what a quarian-themed bar would look and feel like? Tali and Shepard might have to go to one, get a room...and work it out.  I'd go for a omega-like theme, but im open for anything quarian.  Blue atmosphere, appealing electronic music all over the place, advanced technology...I think it would be a very interesting thing, visiting a quarian bar.  The quarians would probably be friendly, and while a few might be curious, and fewer still might be angry at the sight of a human, most would be friendly and welcoming.  Quarians have a sense of family among one another.

Not sure about the bars really, never been a fan of them myself as I prefer solitude and silence over a crowded loud room.

But speaking of music, I wonder what is Quarian music like, or used to be like before they were driven from Rannoch. In the quest for Shiala on Illium, the asari representative mentions her bondmate studying the Quarian art, especially music, 300 years ago on Rannoch, that she said they had "old souls", sounds to me like they mostly inclined towards something close to our classical music? Not saying it was the only styre or something, just wondering.

Ideas?

If the destroy ending did target Reaper code specifically, then yes, the geth can be rebuilt/restored to their previous selves.  Of course, the question then becomes, would the quarians do so?

Yeah, I pretty much had the same thought since I'm getting a Computer Science degree. *shrug*

Anyway, I would think they would. The Geth were doing miracles for them. Namely with the suits. Why wouldn't they?

Caution maybe? I'm sure it's possible to bring them back and I'd be glad if they were, but there's surely a possibility of something going wrong, you think the Quarians would want to risk the Morning War all over again even if the original Geth in the end turned out to be "friendly"?

If anybody is interested I made some quarian eyes and facepaint for Skyrim (for personal use), and uploaded them to Skyrim Nexus.

I always did. She rubbed me wrong in ME2, and a ton in ME3.
Would've been nice to have a quest dealing with her in some manner.

I agree with you Forth that we can learn from the Geth without being jerks. We can just ask and not be Xen pretty much.

To be honest, in ME3 it was Han who mostly got on my nerves, I still didn't agree with her agenda, but she didn't pushed the issue, not like Han's warmongering. I know it was different in the original script, but I go with what I've been served.

Well, you're very lucky then, wish I had one too, usually my dreams are full of weird things but never something pleasant like a date with Tali. *sigh*

I can picture it now: a mod to replace the vent kid dream sequences with dreams of Tali kicking the crap out of the writing staff.  ^_^

Tali came into the game too late. :( Guess there was no reasonable way to introduce her at the beginning, but I would have liked it, lol.

How about they kept the whole team under detention?  He he...That way Tali and Shepard could be under house arrest together from the start.

As said before, There was originally going to be a trial at the beginning of ME3 for Shepard's destruction of the Mass Relay. This had a TON of potential to introduce new players to the game through exposition.

Opening credits are playing over the scene, cutting between different squadmates on the stand, saying who they are and their relationship with Shepard, reintroducing old decisions that will come up during the games' progression, such as Shepard coming under fire from saving the last Rachni Queen or something.

Would have made the beginning feel a lot smoother.

Tali: Bosh...bosh'tet... they're just a bunch of... programmers... how are they so... strong?
Hudson: YOU ALREADY HAVE YOUR DAMN HOUSE! Now get outta here!

(Because Tali really wouldn't stand a chance against them, they own her world, write her character, and can tamper with her stats :P)

So I've always played a FemShep but I am currently trying a male character because I wanted to see what the Tali romance is like. Verdict: It is so cute.

In game 1 I liked Liara because like Tali, she was awkward and shy and not very good at socializing, but when they changed her in 2 I really didn't feel like continuing the romance because I didn't like her new personality (well that and Garrus being available). Tali, on the other hand, while she grows, she still keeps all the shy awkward cuteness.

I just finished the Dreadnought in game 3 and all the Shep/Tali flirting is great. It's both cute and funny at the same time. I can see why you guys like her so much. I guess it's a good thing Tali is not bi because then I would have an impossibly hard time choosing between her and Garrus.

Well, I dont think the Migrant Fleet would agree with that, assuming Tali wasn't exiled. But I certainly wouldn't mind it, at least not if the Alliance would have provided Shep and Tali with clean room.:innocent:

Yeah, their dialogue on the dreadnought was awesome, still haven't tried it with all squadmates to see their reaction.

And the very ending on Rannoch, staring down a Reaper, Tali saying "I love you."? Perfect, ME3 could have ended there and I'd would be happy with it.

And had Tali been made available to both FemShep and MaleShep? I would have been lost, because there would be no way for me to romance anyone else than her. Not that I would mind it either.:innocent:

That's very interesting. Seems like there were a lot of ideas for ME3's story originally that got scrapped and replaced in favor of simpler, more "conventional" Hollywood-esque storytelling.

Except in case of the ending. There they tried it the other way round, and failed.

I think they just tried to go against the grain in every story, and it ended up sucking because of it.

People want a trial and build up before the reapers attack? Heck lets just dive right in with the reapers.

People want to destroy the reapers, with the final battle against harbinger and choices over who lives and dies? Hell lets just give a bizarre ending that makes no sense and introduce a new arch nemesis and plot issue.

People want to see what happens after the war, to their friends and the races? SPECULATION, oh except your friends are stuck on a planet and you are dead. gg.

Everyone wants to connect with their LI and have a strong resolution? Well unless they are Liara, go back to your fanfic you freaks. Miranda or Jack LI? Hah. Jacob or Thane? Don't get your hopes up.

Not all those are really negatives. I don't see a problem with throwing the reapers at you at the beginning of the game, showing the player how powerful their enemies are.

Bioware vastly improved the ending. Those complaints aren't really viable.

Ever since the EC came out and I heard the Catalyst talk like Harbinger I have believed that Harbinger is the Catalyst and he is messing with Shep by portraying himself as that boy, and trying to keep Shep from destroying the reapers, etc.

There were a ton of romance options, no other developer that I know of has even attempted such a feat. I do believe that the LI's are treated way too unevenly. I didn't even romance Liara and I feel like she was getting more attention than everyone else.

Honestly everyone should be happy that Bioware cares about their fans... Most developers really would just tell everyone to suck it up and get over. Bioware actually listened and they've been doing something about it. They also have been passing out free DLC :D.
