On a Tali dream tangent, I was administered Laughing Gas prior to surgery today. I know LG isn't hallucinogenic but I was more than willing to try.
I thought of Tali while I was breathing in the gas. I thought of her standing next to me holding my arm with one of her hands. Something similar happened to me. After surgery while I was still under the effects of whatever they injected into me (I don't remember what it was. I was also breathing pure oxygen while in the surgery) the nurse guided me into a wheelchair since I couldn't even stand up on my own. So, while she was rolling me away, I...involuntarily imagined that Tali was in the room with me. I said, "Tali?". She responded with something like, "How are you feeling?", or something. I then went on to say something along the lines of "GAAaarguAAH". And then I never saw her again.
So that was fun.

develop into a new generation of big FF writers on this thread. The
heavy hitters have basically left to private rooms so now it's our turn
to stand up and... have fun.

I've yet to save Kaidan on Virmire ever so... yeah.

Since we're on the topic of Fanfics, I would like some input.
How do you think (generally or specifics) would Tali react to the news of (Paragon) Shepard's death (she doesn't know the specifics of his death) in the EC?

Immediate reaction? My  first instinct is that she would want to be alone. But I might be reading your question wrong.

That's a very interesting question.  I say interesting because when I viewed that ending through my Shepard (I viewed ALL the endings, but the One for me is Destroy) I got the sense that if it was him in control of the reapers then he could send her a message, or let her know that he was still 'alive' but beyond her reach.

As Bryson said, I think immediately she'd want some time to herself. Then she would organize a memorial type occasion, like the one in the EC. Then, I think anyway, after some time of going over some memories she would come to the conclusion that, in order to honor Shepard, she should devote all her time to helping all the species of the galaxy rebuild what they had lost. She would use her rank as an admiral (in my playthrough anyway. I don't think she becomes an admiral if she was exiled, but I actually don't know.) of the Quarian fleet in order to push for the Fleet to do more things to help the galactic community as a whole, in order to honor Shepard and keep his message of a united galaxy alive. She might even take a more active role in galactic politics, thinking that it would be necessary to maintain peace and cooperation between each race.
But that's just what I would think.

EDIT: Oh and this was written with the destroy ending in mind, just in case you were wondering.

This is off topic and on topic at the same time but, there is no way Shepard and Tali COULDNT have been reunited if you picked the destroy ending and didnt kill everyone. The crew went off the planet, the galaxy was rebuilt and Shepard still lives
