You treat tali and garrus like family, right? Garrus is your bro, and tali is like your sister that was adopted but raised millions of light years away and is not related to you, so it's ok to have sex with her.

Family beyond blood relations is what it means.

No clue whatsoever. 
Could be foreshadowing or have a deeper meaning (Shepard's death, etc.), but your guess is as good as mine. 

Our resident Bahoogasmif also just posted the next chapter of Wings of Fire.  Deals with Omega, and is a touch darker than most of the other chapters.

Edit: Insightful enough, exelsis.  I'll go with that.

Ahhh. Makes sense when you explain it that way. Confusing phrasology (or maybe I'm just duller than I thought), but very clever, if that's the case.

I think that exelsis would love you forever.  Although personally I would have to agree with BrysonC.

And revan!  Good to see you here again!  Still working on the fic with Ryuji? (Edit: seems he left off without solid closure).  And are you still making Tali art (besides vampires)?

Good to see you too!  and Yeah, I am. He's still making stuff for it, even made an ending thing, but that's posted in The Room, and later to be posted at the end of the fic

Expect some Tali art later today!

I only made her nails a little pink because they were pink in bioware's picture. I'm still not sure what color Tali or quarians in general are.

I mean the one in the EC looks dark blue, but it could be because she's wearing a hood. Tali's photo has so much lense flair and lighting from the game and all sorts of stuff that you can't tell if she's gray, blue, pink, or purple.

Part of me wants to think that Quarians have different ethnicities and they can have light or dark skin that ranges from pink to blue. I dunno.

That's why I desperately wish Bioware would man up and be less mysterious about the quarians.

Also. Speaking of Tali. There is a character in Game of Thrones named Talisa, and honestly whenever I see her I just see her as medeival Tali lol. I mean look at the woman who plays her.

The "stock" isn't generic stock (although I guess it technically would be stock if you use the Photoshop terminology) but it is Miss England 2005, who's name I forget how to spell. Sure it's up on the wiki, however.

How's THAT for a break in immersion? Sitting there playing Mass Effect, excited to see your character's love interest's face, and then you see a tweaked photo of Miss England 2005.

BioWare dropped the ball on that one. I know we all agree, and it's been said a million times, but I'm saying it again.

It's not an immersion break, it's fridge logic. Because how many of us were looking at anything other than the face? The face which was very well done, I'll have you know.

And then some idiot goes and points out the hand to you. And you then cannot unsee.

My immersion was more broken by Shepard nearly dying at the beginning of the second game.
Master Immunity + some of the best armour in the game =/= hardsuit punctures from impacts of Normandy wreckage. Seriously, not even SoverSaren could harm my Shepard.

This exactly. I didn't even notice the hand was wrong until people started pointing it out. The face was great.

Also many Mass Effect characters are based on real people, not really an immersion breaker. Just wish we got an in game model instead of a picture.

I have had a crush on that actress since I saw her in that episode. Other than modeling Tali after Ash Sroka (I think that's how you spell it)  she would of been ideal.

I am still alive. Working on concept for next chapter. DINNER DATE WITH TALI WHOOO! Need ideas for more than just turian paste for food. Supposedly turian cuisine is equal to human for the most part...still need to find stuff that's alien and yet familiar...tough balance.

Why innocents? If she does that, shepard will have to become the world's most confused vampire hunter. Nobody wants that. Shepard has all the blood she needs.
