I usually pug silver solo but do gold with a few buddies. We play BF3 also. I would play it up on some free nights tho I have a lot of art to work on atm! Slowly pecking away at filling up the manifest.

Silver.
If the team can't get a Silver round done in two tries, I always switch it to Bronze.Posted Image

I've always thought it would sound kind of like arabic, for some reason.

Impossible to tell, because every single quarian has weirdly different accents, lol. Tali sounds vaguely Middle-Eastern, Koris, Gerel, and Xen sound British, and some of them sound European. So random.

I've always thought it would sound kind of like arabic, for some reason.

Well that could be just the translators. Natural speech may sound different.

Partly because several quarians, Raan, Tali, and the jumpy quarian found on Freedom's Progress (can't remember his name) sound kind of Middle-Eastern, yes. But also because the words we DO know remind me of arabic. Could be completely misplaced, just my first impression.

"Keelah se'lai" doesn't sound arabic to anyone else? >_>

Bah part of me wants to write a fanfic, redoing ME3 from a different start, but the rest of me knows I am a rubbish writer.

Pretty much this. I have a few saved on my computer that I write out just to get the ideas out of my head but after reading them when I am done ughh. I either dont put in enough detail or it gets to the point that I just ramble on and on.

Though I am writing one were Tali is a dominatrix and Xen is her pet.

Hell I have most of the story planned out its just how Xen became Tali's pet I'm thinking through right now. Trying to make it sound a tiny bit plausible though mostly likely will just say screw it and come up with something retarded.

The Captain's Cabin has been lit by old fashioned scented candles. The lights have been dimmed and Shepard lies on the bed, waiting for his girl. The door slides open and Tali walks on in.
"You wanted to see me Shep- Oh."
Shepard beckons her over with one finger and she confidently obliges.
"This must have taken a lot of preparation, Shepard"
Khelish: "You have no idea."
POUNCE!

While the physical rewards... would be well worth it, it also would be almost symbolic. Tali made alot of sacrafices to be with shepard. Learning keelish would be part of living with her on rannoch.

Makes sense if you're living on a planet full of people speaking Khelish. Besides, think of all the time you could spend cuddled up next to Tali just listening to her speak and learning to translate.

Plus, it could add something new to their
.. "sleepless nights".

< contunuing your short fic.

(Assuming she no longer wore her enviro suit)

Tali: (playfully) You better learn fast.
-she paused to completly deactivate their translators
-shepard's stubborn grin is instantlysnuffed out by her lips

Or have Shepard keep it a secret from Tali and he finally slips while they are going at it one night and when tali moans something Shepard responds to her.

Hey guys, I have finally uploaded the final draft of my chapter!

Heritage

My Shepard, Tali, and Garrus seems like they can't catch a break. :(

Apathy, I really like that idea, but with two suggestions. You could have the begining differ if you are paragon or renegade. Paragon Shepards turned themself in, renegade did not. Old crew could still be around, as in the paragon path they got to stay on the Normandy (Since it was clear Anderson was going to be put in command, he could have pulled some strings to keep the non alliance people around.)

Well yeah if it was a game that would be a good option.

Honestly though I play paragade, and I would not have turned myself in. Put myself at the mercy of a board full of people who don't believe in the reapers... after having blown up a star system because of it. That will not go well, and only be counter to my efforts to save the galaxy.

No. Better to spend 6 months trying to secure a Geth-Quarian peace, gathering intel and cooperating with cerberus. Hackett and Anderson are great guys, but two people in the military are not enough to help Shepard.

Yep I'm a paragade too but I'd go to Omega set up my sniping post and say come get me ****es it's the Alamo!

but seriously I told Hackett to stall for a reason I wanted to use that time to not only secure my alien crewmen getting off my ship and gaining some distance politically from me I'd try to limit the damage to my crew as much as possible maybe dry dock the Normandy somwhere hidden disperse the crew, give them assumed names, then take a shuttle to Earth and honor Hackett's reqest after all he did stall for me I can't ask him to do more.

During my limiting casualties time frame I would've definitly made it a point to be with my LI, come up with a backup plan incase my trial went poorly, and make sure they would be fine where ever it was they were going and etablish a way to get in touch with them.

Quick question.

When I look at Tali, I can´t help but notice a mix between human and... chicken?!?

Do any of you know, if those legs of hers gives her an edge over the other characters in some regards, besides her awesome dance moves?

I always thought she could get an edge when it comes to running, sprinting and maybe jumping.

And with hand to hand combat, would you really want to be on the receiving end of one of her kicks?

Evolutionarily quarians would probably have better overall lower body strength than equivalent humans with the same male/female difference that you see in humans considering their body types mirror ours.

I'd expect that they evolved from some kind of ambush predator equivalent like the great cats on earth, so their overall endurance for running over time is less but they're capable of far greater bursts of speed and power.

That was one of my therioes as well. It would have been cool to see her in a cutscene, where she jumps down 7-8 meters from a hill (maybe in the Rannoch stage), land softly & walk away normally without making a sound.

Veetor is the one you're thinking of.
Also, Reegar didn't have an accent. Actually, shouldn't say that. He had the American accent.

Given how the Geth were designed to greatly resemble their Creators, putting aside their synthetic nature for a moment, it's worth noting they often show a natural ability to perform athletic feats (Geth Sappers in particular). This might be an indication that Quarians have a body shape that is naturally more agile and limber than humans?
