Hells yeah - Garrus and Tali for life. And I also get the added benefit of romancing Tali while Garrus looks on, longingly... >ABN Tali Fan wrote...

Not yet. Apparently a few of the Japanese figure websites (like HobbySearch Japan) have only just started taking pre-orders this past week, and a few entries have shown up on eBay but I'd wait a month or so and see where the best deals appear. I have preorders for the first group (BroShep, Ashley and Garrus) through a website that ship to New Zealand for an affordable price and I'm expecting them to start taking preorders soon.
I gotta say, Americans have things easy when it comes to getting good deals from places like Amazon and eBay - so many times have I found something I want, only to find they won't ship internationally. Being at the ass-end of the plant blows ;3;

The "Razor's Edge" series by Tairis Deamhan is good as well. Both he and Calinstel post here sometimes.

Also good are stories by Andrio (known as 'sergio') on these boards.

Famous stories for Tali fans from way back in the day. Some back to ME1 days I believe.

Depends. Do you want the large version (like mine) or the small version?
To make the image appear at the bottom of your posts, start by right-clicking the image and copying it.
Then, go to Profile: Forum Settings, from which you should be brought to a screen that has you editing your "Signature." Whatever you post here will then appear at the bottom of your posts as your signature.
For the small version, simply copy a version available (like Nozzivix's). The larger version is actually four images combined, each making up a quartile of the full image. To get this image, simply right-click and copy at each of the corner areas (the link should be slightly different for each).
Hope that helps!

I'm thinkin' this is my new head-canon Tali. I love the straighter hair. Does this pic use the same source material as the BioWare one?

Both authors you mention are excellent, though I grew tired of the excessive dark tone of Razors Edge. Its rather unrelenting, when what I love in fanfic's is the banter between squadmates and LI's.

The fact that Tairis seems to be leaning towards using the IT is also really meh, if that scene at the end of chapter14 is anything to go by. I've not given up on RE yet though, and I'll still continue reading it. I just hope things start to get better soon.

Yeaah, I think i'm inclined to agree with you about Razors Edge now. I've been away from home for about two weeks so I've missed the last couple of chapters. I've only just caught up.
I was really hoping that the whole death-wish thing would die out after a few chapters or so, but it seems like Tairis is looking to make the whole half-crazy-indoctrinated Shepard a constant theme throughout the fic...which is more then a little worrying. Like you, I also love reading the banter between squadmates, and whilst this was evident in the first RE and also in Dark Witness, it's sorely lacking in this one.

Yeah I gave up on RE after the chapter Shepard throws Tali out of the cabin, because he feels he will shoot her from indoc. IT is meh. Depressing stories that never lift up are meh.
Edit: Tairis Deamhan pops in after I post. Don't want to sound hostile or anything, your writing is great but not my cup of tea. Life is depressing enough for me.

Everyone's got their own tastes, I'm not going to blame anyone for that. Admitedly if people were readers and had issues it would be nice for someone to tell me on FF.net when it actually alerts me to said comments so I can actually address them one way or the other.
In a nutshell... I know there are plenty of people that don't like depressing and I respect that. But I at the same time I can't write a story that involves the deaths of billions without a good bit of it being rather depressing lol.
Also, randomly since Calin was mentioned: Was always a big fan of his work. I don't entirely agree with how he protrays quarians as his series goes on (a little too romantized for my tastes) but I definitely got a lot of ideas from him back in the days of the original 'Tali Threads' when we both posted regularly. His drunk Tali was damned entertaining too. If anyone hasn't read his stories I'd highly recommend them. It's quite a fun ride.
