Not sure whats so bad with them, the altered conversations make perfect sense to me...since Garrus is my Shepard's bro and before ME3 I already headcanoned that he is also very good friends with Tali (the three were all best friends, until the Shep/Tali relationship got upgraded to boyfriend/girlfriend). Plus I love the final conversation on the Normandy when Tali is romanced...Shepard gets to say team Dextro what I have always wanted.


Here is the differences between the two dialogues

IDK if this was directed at me, but I will answer.

I never said they were bad scenes. Just seemed a little too much for me. I would have liked a more clear line between the dialogue based on romance locked in or out.  

Another thing; considering Garrus does like Tali in that way, its not my fault I feel a bit of anger when I hear Garrus hittin up Tali's omniCell when I ain't around.

In the end Tali is mine. I just feel the need to make sure Garrus knows that... 100%...

Ah yes, Leviathan tomorrow. Or later today depending on your timezone. To try to get myself back in the ME mood I went back and started my TaliShep from the beginning, now I remember why I hate the Mako.

As an aside, I noticed while playing that when exiting the elevator in the Normandy to go back up to the CIC I always take the lefthand stairs. Only reason I can come up with is at teh begining of ME2 your forced up the right stairs to get to CIC. Is it just me or does anyone else do that?

Unfortunately going to have to wait til Friday to get Laviathan. So I'm not going to be on here until then. Trying to keep as spoiler free as possible.

Favorite Tali line...well that's tough. Probably "I have a home." I had to hit the dashboard button on that one.

I have several favorite Tali lines, each for a different reason.

Favorite funny line: Spiders Spiders Spiders SPIDERS!

Favorite touching line: "If it was just me, you risked your own life on to fave the colonists on feros two years ago, nobody else could save them. I watched your face when Chief Williams died on Virmire. I watched you stand strong against everything the galaxy threw at you. I watched your for so long, and I never though you would see past...this"

Favorite heartbreaking line: "I have a home..."

All the others are good, but this one really made me feel a lot.

Maybe that's why I actually like the EC.

I'm so glad I didn't take her on the final mission with me. I didn't want to risk anything.


And my favourite Tali line, well... "I have a home" is a great one. Also "The living room window will be right... here."




But the best one is "I love you" just before you go take down the Reaper.

Her awkward ramblings in ME2 when trying to talk to Shepard about being a couple are just so damn cute. That's what made her my favourite character in ME. Her progression in ME3 and the amount of heartbreaking lines made her my favourite character in any game series.

Yeah, their final goodbye would have to be the best dialogue from those two. It was the most heart-wrenching thing I ever heard from a game...

Yeah, it was a bit fast. Maybe it's not exactly the best line, but it is still great.

(god damn, still two friggin' hours before DLC hits PC)


EDIT: And please don't discuss what the reunion is like until the DLC is fully available for all 3 systems, please  -  it's just knowing whether or not such a reunion actually exists with Leviathan that's most important right now.
