The shape of her face wasn't changed, the eyebrows were simply added on top of it. The texture of her iris' may have been redone, I can't remember.

We (and presumably Bioware) already know from polls that on average 60 to 70 percent of fans want to see Tali's face.

I don't speak for everyone, but whatever they do it shouldn't go against what we already know from the novels and games. If they said Quarians have similar faces to humans, then let it be so.
Easiest solution is not to do. Best to left it as mystery then screw it up( Star Wars prequels).
Bioware should here our opinion about this more clearly.
I don't think they could screw up Tali's face unless they actually try to do that.
And the 3rd Star Wars prequel was pretty good in my opinion.
