Yup, no uber-strange skin color. Grey, white or black. The odd head shape also... meh... only with that she just look like an human with some deformity (odd headshape + long neck). More alien. In a scale between 0 and 10, where 0 is human and 10 is a collector, I'd like somenthing like a 4-5 grade... like, alien as a drell or so. Still human-like proportions, especially about the face (which is already pretty much confirmed from what we can see trough the helmet), but with many other details that makes her immediately recognizable as non-human.

So long as Tali's skin colour is suitably pale it will look fine. I'm kind of partial to a white shade similar to the one on the "You humans are all racist!" Turian on the Citadel.

I'm not sure it's necessary to make a separate thread just to discuss want people personally want Tali to look like. Haven't we been doing that on this thread and the ME2 Tali thread for ages? I remember that just a day or so ago there was about half a dozen "What should Tali look like?" threads. They all ended up getting buried after people started posting links to this thread saying discussion about Tali to be taken here.

Easiest solution is not to do. Best to left it as mystery then screw it up( Star Wars prequels).
Bioware should here our opinion about this more clearly.

Mesina Do you honnestly believe the mysterie with the Quarians is in their looks? Even if we know how one of them looks like their individual faces still are going to be covered up. So what does it matter, you can tease the fans a little knowing there will be a third part but what will the point be if they keep teasing and don't deliver

This is true, those eyebrows are added as part of the mod. I mainly posted the pics because they give a good representation of Tali's placeholder face, which I think shouldn't be deviated from too much if we see Tali's face in ME3.

I don't know if anyone remembers me but I suppose it's inconsequential. Anyway, I'm a straight gal who thinks Tali's romance is the cutest thing I've seen in a video game. Garrus nervously saying "throw me a line here, Shepard!" in his love scene might be the only match

Tali is like the childhood friend who can become something more. I felt like on Freedom's Progress after she says "Shepard is that, you're alive?" she then tried to gain composure. Not like Garrus who knew you were coming, but he still didn't show surprise that you're alive. I think Tali wanted to say something more but all she said was "Good to have you back". If it wasn't for Prazza or whatever and Miranda and Jacob, the 2 meetings with Tali would have been too adorable to handle.

Anyway I hope she is back for Mass Effect 3, I feel like Tali and Garrus are Shepard's only family.

The shape of her face wasn't changed, the eyebrows were simply added on top of it. The texture of her iris' may have been redone, I can't remember.

We (and presumably Bioware) already know from polls that on average 60 to 70 percent of fans want to see Tali's face.

I don't speak for everyone, but whatever they do it shouldn't go against what we already know from the novels and games. If they said Quarians have similar faces to humans, then let it be so.

I don't think they could screw up Tali's face unless they actually try to do that.
And the 3rd Star Wars prequel was pretty good in my opinion.

"Pretty much" confirmed? I want to know that you can recruit her, bring her along for every reaper-stomping mission and fetch quest, and to give her an actual room in the Normandy. Shepard and Miranda aren't the only one's who enjoy having living quarters and privacy

I didn't pull the poll numbers out of the air if that's what you're asking. There is indeed a polls section on this site (there's a link to it at the very top of this page). Every now and then there's been a poll about whether Tali should be unmasked or not. Usually such polls end in favour of revealing her face by a margin between 60% and 70%.

This picture? Yeah, no another squadmate is visible so it's likely she's the second squaddie.

Yup, it's pretty much the classic "Shepard walking somewhere, followed by two squaddies" sequence. Also, they seems to be aboard the Normandy.

I guess the only reason because Tali didn't had a bigger appearence in the E3 demos is that her ME3's look is still in-progress. There she has the same old ME2's suit.

Sorry for being skeptical but where's proof of BioWare confirming Tali will be there 100%? Because Legion was technically a full squadmate in Mass Effect 2 but I only got Legion for 3 missions.
