Hello people of the Tali thread
I must admit I never thought of having Tali as a love interest but I finally chose to give her a shot and dear god her romance was soft touching and heart breaking.....
Before the final battle when she said she wish they had more time was so.....touching and in the extended cut when she said she had a home and asked not to be left behind broke my heart....
I regret not trying that romance sooner so touching.....

Well just wanted to share that.....meep bye all

There was a topic a while back discussing how BW was trying a little too hard to make the whole "DEXTROS WILL DIE IF THEY EAT OUR FOODS!!!1!11!!"

I think Tali can eat some of our food, but she doesn't get the needed nutrients and such to survive off it.

Hah speaking of chocolate, the first time ever doing the dreadnought mission I had Garrus with me and I totally got the context of the turian chocolate bit wrong and as soon as the mission was over I had run to the citadel to see if I could buy any. Next play through, I was annoyed that they only sold the levo kind.

Basically, yes. Simple carbohydrates will work exactly the same in both dextro and levo species, they are too small to have chirality. Complex sugars will be more specific, and be less energy-efficient for the chirality that they did not originate from. Lipids would give little to no energy, but the materials to build more, and proteins would give no calories, and probably not be useful at all because we don't know if dextros use the same amino acids as we do.

But, for all we know, lettuce is poison to quarians. Just probably not.

Agreed, I'm just sick of the overreaction from some of the people.

To answer th original question, I think Tali would like something sweet as well.

I remember reading somewhere (I think it was the codex?) that Quarians considered meat a kind of delicacy because their lifestyle only let them grow crops and not raise animals.
