[ABN Tali Fan]

 It doesn't bother me the geth are not hanging around the FOB. Besides everyone knows the best geth scene involves Tali's knife.

One thing I really wanted to see on Priority: Earth was the Geth and Quarians working together. How awesome would it be if we were to see a Geth Prime with a Spitfire covering a squad of Quarian Marines, or watch a Geth Trooper get it's arm blown off and have a Quarian make a quick field repair on it? It had so much potential! At the very least, we should have been able to see the Geth Prime with Tali at the FOB if you made peace.

Actually, there is a TON of cut content and dialogue; apparently the Geth Prime was supposed to be there as well as Tali if you made peace, claiming there "was synergy between the geth and the creators in combat."  That, and there was also supposed to be a moment where Prime units orbital dropped into combat to assist in the battle, rather than simply trying to escort the tanks to the destroyer.

You and me both.  With the talk of releasing a ME 4, I'd far rather them just implement what they already had (with a few exclusions/fixes when necessary), and create an ending that didn't require space magic.  If we can write better endings, so can they.

Ditto, half the game was cut lol, I'd rather have a remastered ME3 with all that content and better endings.

Am I the only one that thinks it's too soon to release a trilogy collection?

I mean, it hasn't even been a year yet. Before I forget, BioWare said what DLC is going to be in the trilogy pack, I would guess PS3 would get the same as 360. A trilogy pack should have all the DLC... not bits and pieces.

I doubt it, considering that ME2 on PS3 had all the DLC on disk except for the weapon/armor packs and Arrival. I imagine the trilogy edition will be no different.

Except this is being released to all platforms, not just PS3.

It wouldn't make sense for them not to include the DLC on the PS3 version. If the standalone version of ME2 already has most of the DLC on it, they're hardly going to leave it of the trilogy edition because there would be no reason to buy it over the standalone game. Also, PC gets both the ME1 DLCs on disk so I expect PS3 to be the same.

I think it has something to do with the fact that all the ME1 and ME2 DLC already exists within the Xbox Marketplace, whilst the same cannot be said for the PS Store.

Yes, that's true. ME3 isn't finished yet, so mabye they should have waited until next year *shrugs* I honestly don't mind either way. I'm just grateful to get my hands on ME1.

I don't remember where I read that, but I believe one of the writers analogized every Mass Effect species to classic fantasy lore - e.g., krogan to orcs, quarians to elves, etc.

If anything, Asari are the elves. Quarians kinda remind me of Wow's Draenei race.
