Nice!  I wish I could mod and do things on the computer, but unfortunately my laptop won't support ME.  I settle for the Xbox.  But those are some nice mods: now if only we could have Tali say "Go get them, Chiktikka!" when she deploys her drone.

That texture is really, really hard to edit for some weird reason. The outer layer doesn't even appear to be selectable and I had to turn up the color and vibrancy to stupid high levels so it would even change color at all. I don't think I would have bothered if I hadn't been driven by pure "WHY IS TALI'S DRONE ORANGE LIKE MINE" OCD. (TPF link)

I thought the chapter was pretty good .  Still, if you're unsure about it, you can always go back and modify it to your liking.  You're doing a good job; take your time if you need it, don't give up now!

Lol, is it odd that the first time I read "Your download is ready," I instantly thought of Reggie?

We've been through enough "artistic integrity" to last a lifetime I'm afraid.  The difference between his story and Bioware's is that he isn't limited by a deadline, and actually listens to fan feedback in changing the story/ending.

As for artistic integrity...let's just say I'm on my first ME3 playthrough since March. Excited to see what Leviathan has in store for me. Then I'll probably write a short story of what happened next, because, hey, the ending is not so good at that whole "reunion" thing and I'd like to personalize what happened in some concrete way.

Tali related question: If bioware was to ever make a revised ME1 (kinda like the Halo Anniversy edition) would you like to see Tali romancable in it? Or do you prefer how the romance starts in ME2?

I find it hilarious how quickly the topic changes here. In two pages, it's gone from hating Thane, the breaking up of a friendship, why people hate Tali, hating Samara, hating squad mates in general, To Tali being a hooker, followed by a conversation of fanfiction and the disappointing texturing of Tali's drone.

I'd be more okay with maybe more foreshadowing or something, but I actually really liked how they handled it. Doesn't need to be touched.

I guess it goes hand in hand with the interest in each topic, or the attention span of those posting.  It certainly keeps things interesting.

As long as the darker times aren't mentioned all is well in the thread.  Because Tali is that awesome.

Well, I wouldn't say that... there could be a stronger friendship between them in ME 1, building up to it.

I wouldn't touch ME1 besides from HD graphics and maybe like a self contained DLC like LotSB - not because it's perfect, but because how it sets up the other games is fine.
