I'm not sure i'd even want to play ME3 without Garrus. The ship would feel, like, half empty.

That will teach him to think twice before looking at Tali in that way.

@Tom - Yeah, I didn't really find that joke funny either. But to want him dead over it makes me scratch my head a little.

^^ I don't really understand what you achieve by getting Garrus killed, other then having Tali lose another friend. =S
Doesn't matter, Tali has Shep.
EDIT: I prolly won't even follow through with letting him die...
I am too much a completionist.

I'd also do the same to Legion as well, if peace was impossible.
Jesse - Yup, i'm completionist as well

Tali actually states that she isn't surprised it betrays you. It's an interesting line to say the least.
Is that when you sell Legion in ME2?

Or if he dies.
If you don't do the Geth Consensus mission you have NO knowledge of the Geth.
Blow them up with meta gaming!
And look, my Shepard's favorite lady is here with yours!

I just got back from doing some volunteer work with the dogs there, and saw the new group of sled dogs that came in from one of the communities (I live in the Yukon, and frequently teams of sled dogs are either given up by, or rescued from, owners who don't properly care for them, generally about once a year-they make the BEST pets, because they will absolutely adore anybody who adopts them and gives them a nice place to live. Just need to be firm on the training)
Well, the youngest one came in supposedly without a name. Absolutely beautiful female Siberian/German Shepard cross, with pale grey, almost purple eyes. Aaaand someone at the shelter named her Tali.
It took every bit of self control I had not to immediately call my landlord and work in having a dog in my apartment. One of the friendliest dogs I've ever run into-and waaay too smart for her own good, she figured out how to open cargo pockets halfway through our walk, since I was keeping some treats in one.

Its actually kinda depressing if you did have Legion in ME2, solved the loyalty conflict between him and Tali, then had him die in the SM.
In which case after stabbing him, Tali says "The real Legion would have understood."

Maybe Legion without the Reaper code would have understood...

I think there's a Talimancer working at the local humane society. Or at least a Mass Effect fan.

Garrus is a bro to me. Anything that doesn't seem in good taste with him I just tend to ignore. That, or I don't bring him on certain missions. Plus his dialogue does override Tali's from time to time, who I would rather hear on a mission anyway.

First playthrough of all three games, I think I spent the bare minimum time interacting with everybody save Garrus and Tali. Well, I'd check in on some of the more entertaining others (Wrex, Grunt, Mordin and Jack) once in a while (Sidenote: Quarian Sexytimes Advice with Uncle Mordin is the most unintentionally hilarious bit of dialogue in the entire ME universe), but that's about it, really.
I'm actually talking to everybody fully on my current second playthrough, but...well, I skim subtitles and mash spacebars a lot with everybody else.
If I was directing a Mass Effect movie, it'd just be 90 minutes of Shepard, Garrus and Tali killing things.

So the final climactic scene has Garrus & Shepard high-fiving over the top of a wobbly H while shooting Geth, husks and Cerberus phantoms all at the same time? I'm in. Well, I'd ASSUME you'd fit a romance scene in there somewhere. This way you wouldn't have to compromise any of the old ultra-violence.
Win.

Just have Shepard and Tali making out while he high-fives Garrus and bam, you've got your romance.
