Wow, been a while since jumped on the forums... But any ideas on how when the game opens we find Tali?? The whole trial and all - hopefully she pulls a Shepard and clears our name like we all did for her . Any ideas out there how squad mates are first met? As the alliance has our ship i really doubt she's waiting on it.... Cerberus better not have her prisoner...

Tali will most likely be back at the Fleet, I'd wager, most likely either becoming Rael's replacement or battling whatever debacle the war-mongers are attempting to perpertrate. 

We know Tali's no fan of the geth, and we know Shepard is a postive force (depending, of course) on her.  Is it possible, if she were presented with "irrefutable" evidence that Rael's experiments could indeed take out the geth in a single shot, would she choose that option, despite all she's learned?  I could see the mission with Tali being undoing some massive clusterfvck on the geth that could conceivably wipe out both geth and quarians just as the Reapers arrive in their systems, and trying to get some kind of cohesive alliance from what remains...

Thoughts, anybody?

Tali will be with the Fleet. (Rannoch?) I expect she'll be a mid-game acquisition and probably working for peace. Admiral or not would depend on whether you got the best outcome for the trial.

why do people think Tali is purple? I think she would look more like a human because Quarians i think look the most human in the mass effect universe except for legs and i think glowing eyes

No idea, I think they think quarians are purple because of tali's hood but yeah it just looks odd to me, and yeah the comics say that quarians are quite human-like at least the faces

i'd play a Quarian hell i'd be a Quarian (but i hate the idea of having multiplayer but might as well try it out) because in my opinion i say Quarians are awesome but Tali is the most Awesome Quarian of em all no other LI's personality is better than Tali's.

Hm, this is good. The only other options seem very seedy and dangerous, likely something like a return to Haestrom-like missions (But aimed at something to do with anti-Reaper action and without the Fleet), if Tali is exiled and not present on the Normandy (Though an exiled, romanced Tali'Zorah vas Normandy is just inseperable from the Normandy in my mind. Not that I've ever let her be exiled )





EDIT: And I, for one, sort of expect Tali's skin to be purplish. I mean, after all, her suits and visors have all been purple, her combat drone is purple, and whether or not it's the tint, no idea, but her the skin you see past it has always been purple hued, whether truly or not. I think most people associate her with that colour.


Not that it'd be an unpleasant surprise if it was another colour; It'd just mean she has an adorable love of the colour purple

I never got Tali exiled. but im pretty sure she would be with my Shepard after all my shepard loves her and im pretty sure she loves my Shepard because she showed him her face and shared her body with him before going off on the suicide mission so im pretty sure shes with my shepard in ME3.

also im pretty sure Tali isnt purple its just the on her visor also Quarians can have different tints on their visors because you see Quarians with gold tint and purple tint and even a blue tint. also the stuff in her visor that makes it hard to see her face is a gas that help prevents airborne viruses my guess 

^ i hope that this doesnt change topic but its pretty dam cute/adorable and i dont use those two words very much.

If they offer you to play as one, I didnt see any in the video.

I'm still praying for hanar and elcor options...

I would imagine you could play as a quarian though.  I wonder if you could be a quarian biotic?

Unlikely you would get many quarian biotics, would mean the mom was walking around suitless and pregnant when some eezo leaked into the room. Pretty unlikely although with those really old ships, not impossible. Hanar and elcor would require a whole lot of animation, plus hanar can't use guns . Quarians should be implemented as they allready have seperate male and female models with working animations, would be ridiculous not to use them.

Which characters can I play in co-op multiplayer? Can I play as Commander Shepard?

I'm very much hoping that as soon as you leave Earth, you can go wherever. As in, after the Normandy cutscene and (Hopefully optionally awkward) VS reunion and curious-boy Vega introduction, you can immediately go grab Tali. Otherwise I'm going to be taking this whole "The one who abandoned you and your prison guard are the only ones by your side to begin with" thing pretty hard.

Well, second mission seems to be Mars. I'm guessing Tali will be midgame-ish.

If in ME3 you take Ranoch back from the geth, Shepard would have to wear a helmet to avoid spreading his biomater and diseases arround.  How ironic...

Shepard's amino-acid. He can't spread any form of disease to Quarians. The worse that can happen is that they have an allergic reaction to being in close contact; If Quarians were walking around suitless, they'd be much more at risk from each other than from Shepard.

Note BIOMATER such as skin flakes, it would cause an alergic reaction.  Turians would be banned from ranoch without isolation equipment to protect agenst their diseases.
