Hmm, the expect 5000 word Haestrom chapter for my Tali/Shep story is now shooting past 10,000 words. But then, Tali's easily awesome enough to warrant an extra 5000 words, so...

Here's an idea. I know we would all love to get Tali right near the beginning of the game for ME3, and have her join our team just like that. Unfortunately, that's not likely to happen. With that in mind, what kind of mission you would you expect/like/want to undertake in order to recruit her?

I expect that unless you're a bastard!Shep who handed over the evidence to convict Rael, she'll join up automatically when we reach Rannoch.

may be hard to pull off it takes me forever to get enuff powercells to work that thing, i'd space em (he dosn't even deserve that expennsive way out.)

I get the upgrades that allow me to keep it had a 152% charge. Doesn't take as long to charge back up that way.

The fact that Kai Leng is trying to kill you is probably going to be a bigger issue Saph.

Sounds good! Meetings really need to be beefed up in ME3. ME2 seemed way to blazeh about them. I think we need more than the "Hi Shepard, I see you are back from the dead then? Anyway, enough about that. Let's find a way through this door..." scenes.


It should be more like...
 

Tali: "Hi Shepard. I wanted to see you in private as soon as we got back on the Normandy. I...I missed you!"
Shepard: "Thanks Tali. I'm not quite used to being back yet. So many things have changed. It is good to see you though. I've been meaning to tell you, that..."
<Tali launches onto Shepard's back like a Sabre-toothed Tiger taking down its prey.>
Shepard: "Good God Tali! You do realise Cerberus have only just put me back together? I'm not quite healed up yet!"
<Shepard's arm drops off. Tali looks at Shepard with a sheepish grin...>

yea but i dont want the choice to be save tali but if you save her she will hate you and leave

They wouldn't be foolish enough to not provide a happy ending for each of the relationships. Otherwise much curbstomping of Bioware employees would be done. Fun times abound.

I see Bioware giving you a choice like that. Save tali and the Fleet will fall, or you let tali take one for the team. I'd imagine if you let the Flotilla be destroyed just to save her, given her strength for her people, she may never forgive you.

and that is my greatest fear for this game i understand if she is gonna die because you didnt do something. I would stop the game right there go back and fix it but if i did everything right and she will still die or hate you that is unfair for the player and you will have massive hate mail coming your way bioware. i hope we will get an LI ending and is different for each LI and not this rock and a hard place BS

It would be a unfair situation, one that no one agrees with. But unfortunately Bioware has stated many times ME3 is all out war, and the game has some hard choices for the player.

i understand it is war and we will be making hard choices like sacrificing plants, start systems, and choosing one squad mate over the other like Virmire but they shouldn't give us a choice were you are damned both ways it would be the dumbest decision ever to do that to one of the most loveable and famous characters in the ME universe
