Any Quarian w/ a cracked visor has been recently headbutted by a Krogan.

so while i was browsing the wiki for mass effect, i came across a lil tidbit about tali. it seems that bioware wanted tali to be some sort of virgin mary analogue.

i cant help wonder what that means when Shepard is supposed to be a Saviour-type figure.

What you didn't get that already? The game is full of biblical references, it also has some references that can be taken as biblical if you wish.

Psh that not impressive. Everyone fights krogan and live. Do you know how many die in the course of the ME series alone?

But how many quarians do you see headbutted huh? HUH! HUH!

there was that one time prazza ate a rocket from that Ymir mech.

those visors are crazy-durable.

Hell even tali's visor can take a rocket and stay intact. I always figured her head exploded or something from teh concusive force instead of dying from the explosion itself.

Of course that is probably me overthinking game mechanics but hey.

Krogan headbutts are very devastating. Stronger than the Cain.

Bah, threat from Krogan headbutts I can understand, but now people are thinking everyday rockets can harm Tali? The girl can look after herself.

I hope this doesn't mean Tali is going to miraculously conceive Shepard's child.

Yes, and she'll rise up and sacrifice herself to stop the Reapers.

The power of Raela'Shepard nar Normandy compels you!

...What? They said darker & funnier. That fits, dunnit?

EDIT: Not that I wouldn't bawl and start pacing around listening to sad music, mind.

I'm still trying to process "darker and funnier" because unless ME3 is a dark comedy I don't see how that will work.

*Wrex steps out Clan Urdnot back door*

Indeed. There has been a rather large swarm of Keydinites in the BSN recently. Which is all jolly well, except they've become very abrasive of our favourite Quarian in the galaxy, as well as some of the Williamsi.

Good heavens. *sips tea*

I think they mean like how Joker and EDI could still be bickering with each other for most of the game. They'll use humor when appropriate like for instance when we flee Earth you won't hear shep saying, " I'll be back." It's not appropriate. But say you go to the Krogan homeworld and they say how they like to bring back the heads of their enemies for trophies and shep says I would love to bring you guys back the head of a reaper but it won't fit in my hanger alittle comedy at the situation.

Alright here a quick question to get some Tali talk going again:

On what missions in ME2 is it really appropriate to bring Tali as a squadmate? I know that I personally bring her on most of the missions, on many of them she isn't as helpful as your other squadies would be (Grunt's loyalty for example). Now I'm not asking for when she is the best pick (certain squadies have such utility that they can almost always be picked) but for what missions is bringing her a solid pick?

Tali with Garrus or Zaeed makes a great pick for fighting Blue Suns. Her Energy Drain and a GPS means she smashes through the abundance of shields you'll face, and AI hacking is also very handy on those missions. Her drone, as always, is a little bloody marvel.

*Applause* Tali and Garrus rock, don't they? Do you guys think that BioWare could have ever possible been able to predict that these two would become so awesome?
