Nah, I'm talking like.. early 90's crappy cartoon that aired around the same time as Captain N and the game master? Really, really awful cartoon, Ganon looked and sounded ridiculous, was like a boar man with tusks and whatnot, Disney reject stuff.

The wind waker idea is kind of cool too though, now that you mention it. Hadn't really considered it that way.

And as long as it's in the quote, yeah, I'd say quarian eyes are slanted or angular in some way, they all look kind of almond shaped, though that might just be the visors messing with perception.

I think the Kiaeydeain fan base and ours are really hating on each other these days. Can't imagine why.  Seriously though I'm not a fan of the binary poll. They have the potential to inflame civil war in the BSN's detached, yet somehow still brutal kind of way. Nobody really hates anyone's character/ character base but nevertheless feel a bizarre, irrational compulsion to "defend" their own, a result of the division between threads which often feels almost geographic in nature.

Also I agree that a Tali reveal has the potential to spark an almost terrifying degree of enthusiasm amongst the rabid fanboy.

Originally there were a few Ashley fanboys that were the main ones trolling the Tali fans. Now it's an even greater amount of Alenkites.


When I said I was afraid of what would happen, I meant I would roar in diabolical laughter and satisfaction. Seriously, fun times will abound with that.

As for Mauro, punishment for a Kaidan vote, accidental or no is two-fold. You may choose between execution or the deprivation of tali fan-art for three days.

Haha, that'd explain it. When I voted, Tali was pretty firmly in the lead, but going back to check it would appear there's been a massive shift in numbers in the opposite direction.

On a note of slightly greater relevance, I believe I just found the perfect desktop background. However I still prefer her original suit, the alternative never really seemed to mesh as well imo.

hey now, lets not hate on each other - liking one character doesn't mean you should hate the other and disliking a certain fan doesn't mean you should write off an entire fanbase (thinks of a certain fan who almost ruined Tali for me)

peace offering? its not finished yet, sorry - going to be colossus armor (Tali and Wrex are the only characters that I actually like in that armor.. everyone else just..doesn't look so good IMO )

actually jeweledlah when you sign up for the forums you sign a clause that orders that you must pick a character to like and dedicate your time to hate all the others

about the drawing I would work on making the lower legs longer and with a more defined curve, I like that you are using the me1 model (prefer the one from me2 but its still nice to see something different)

what I really hate about this thread is that there's always pages of bashing other characters. Other htreads tend to cut down on Bashing other characters but this one just let's anything go as long as Tali is being paraded as a goddess that walks on other characters. Yuo don't see the Miranda thread and all it's pages bashing another character, Ashley's thread doesn't bash , Kaidan's, Nor does Garrus or Jacob's. And they wonder why people look down on Tali fans.

oh now... will I get banned for splitting the love between several characters?  /panics

for the drawing, yeah   unfortunately the original drawing is sketched on paper and her feelt are just about hitting the edge. part of the reason its not finished, I've been trying to decide whether I want to finish it digitaly or see if I can shorten her thighs a little to elongate the calves.  drawing proportionately is not my strongest suit

@ AD - only certain fans bash.  its just that Tali thread doesn't crack down on them, the way other threads do when bashing happens (and bashing, sadly happens in all threads)

I must be one of the odd ones that's always preferred the newer suit. The design just looks more cohesive imo.

yeah it was interesting definetely had a stronger vibe of quarians as a race that had difficulty in acquiring resources and staying alive (to me it looked all patched up and made off random bits), though as I said I still prefer the newer suit
